We are provided with three concrete benches at our footpath..The building sweepers, the hawkers, shopkeepers throw their garbage every day in wee hours and at times even some vehicle owners fling their left overs even if some qone sits in that bench and cause inconvienience. In our area a van collects the garbage at a scheduled time..why can't they muddle up everything and handover to the collecting vans in a plastic bag? Why they want to do everything at a stone throw level without respecting their civic responsibility at the cost of there own bretheren? Why goverment is not providing closed bins for the respective buildings societies and keep a fix date time to collect the garbage penalise if not followed!!!what punishment will be the best for this type of offenders who litters the mother earth by their sefish actions without caring for their next kieth and kin? Can't the police and B.M.C. join together with the help of local NGO's and make mumbai a decent place to live and enjoy?

The culprit is 'Culture' which majority of people do not have.... Police..BMC... cannot do anything for 'cultural' reformation because their own 'cultures' are different.. and if you feel for what you have projected you must know you might be one out of one lakh to have such a concern in Mumbai... and not that... its impossible to set our cultures right but dont expect Police or BMC or someone to do something YOU find yourself involved in activities of NGO working on this and such issues... let change start from ones ownself .. let not depend and hope for change... let ourself be the first to be involved in a movement for change because our 'culture' needs a lot of change .... lets not end with worrying about things.. lets put our own hands to bring about change... its our country.

I usually use a mechanical lifting device called a 'grappler' to
lift and enter found waste into plastic bags of 38x58 inch size.
I look for identification, usually mail addresses and the like, to
which I label each bag if possible.

Obviously the police and B.M.C. can't join togeather with help of local NGO's to make mumbai a decent place to live and enjoy. But you can use one or more of individuals just listed to help return 'lost' property. I've been known to have
a large cardboard carton filled with collected loose waste,
wrap in nice brown paper, and secure with hemp twine so
the labeled end result looks much more presentable than
previous owner left it for public discovery. If some extra
waste ends being returned by mistake it is for the greater good of the community. Great joy, I'm sure, attends arrival
of these gifts.

So increasing this technique is quite plenty a sturdy component. although, i'd trust Dr. Paul in that any information obtained from application must be amassed anonymously and that the privateness rights and affected person archives of any baby that comes up beneficial for a genetic sickness must be secure and could by no ability be released w/o the determine's consent. sturdy question. the challenge comes into play in that refusing the new child screening is equivalent to refusing lifesaving medical look after your baby. in the adventure that your baby occurs to have a metabolic sickness that must be picked up with a $5 genetic attempt which you refuse, your baby ought to go through irreparable innovations harm from that sickness or finally ends up demise. and since the youngster won't have the capacity to settle for or deny medical care of its very own accord the state steps in. by way of fact of this i've got self assurance you won't have the capacity to refuse the genetic tests. i've got self assurance this in ordinary terms applies to the state/federal standards although. some hospitals run much greater issues and that i've got self assurance you probably can refuse those by way of fact its on a medical institution by utilising medical institution foundation. ought to you have the ability to maintain all semblance of privateness with regard to the effect of those tests? actually.

We can NOT STOP all. Municipality can put more littering boxes so that they can be used. It is very difficult to handle / teach crorers. We have to accept a lot. Govt. can clean again and again like Sweep Papa does in home.

Why don't you install your own bin? Not that bins in Bombay are used frequently, but it may help. Just make sure it is secured so it doesn't get stolen.
