Law Enforcement & Police - December 2006

I have 2 street sweeping parking tickets since September i havent paid off, totaling to $100. They said the deadline to pay them was on Dec 7th, and i still havent done so. If I decide to pay in January, will i be affected? If i happen to get pulled over, would i get arrested for unpaid tickets like those? ive heard of it happening.

My wife & Texas Police Officer are having an affair. I found some emails between them. He always talked about meeting her the usual way (traffic stop). He also, told her to lie when she called the PD so nobody would catch on they were having an affair. He also had her book hotel rooms using her ID because her Drivers License had her old address on it. He did this so they would not get a thank you card from the hotel in the mail. He also was instructing her on how to hide money. He opened a new account unknown to his wife, gave her an ATM card, and told her how to hide it by taping it to the bottom of furniture, in case she needed it for an emergency. He volunteered to keep her money that she was hiding in his locker at the PD. He also admitted that his job performance was suffering from their adultry and he had to go write more tickets and piss people off. He stated he could not wait to get to the PD everyday to read and send my wife emails on their secret email accounts.

Assuming it's true that he is a child molester, what would be wrong with saying over the mic that "This man (and point the man out) is a CHILD MOLESTER and he molested my brother when my bro was 5 years old! I have the bail money and I will pay all legal fees if anybody in this bar wants to kick his ***!"?

A friend of mine got into an argument with a guy, so he disconnected the guy's satellite TV cable wire on the outside of the guy's house. He claims he wouldn't get in trouble if caught, and I think he would at least be guilty of a misdemeanor. who's right?

As in leaving a bait car out on the street ready for criminals to nick, women PC's dressing up as prostitutes enticing kerb crawlers etc etc etc Ie these are traps set to catch criminals but if the trap wasnt set the crime would not have occured? Is this an interesting point of law ?

HELP! I got a bunch of infractions~for my dog?
I've been harassed by a neighbor for 3 years now. He's constantly calling animal control saying my dog is on his property. The don't even ask questions and write up tickets in the $100 increments for Roaming etc. They have no proof that it's my dog, yet, the ticket is still issued????? Is this legal???

I got pulled over tonight for going 70mph in a 45mph construction zone. The cop wrote the ticket for 50mph in a 45mph zone but later in the ticket it says my speed was 70mph. (which it was). How much will my fine be and how many points will I get? (Michigan)
