With over 11 years of experience working in, around or closely with Law Enforcement, i can safely tell you that Keeping an unsealed opened bottle of listerine is 100% LEGAL. However please keep in mind that should you be stopped the liklihood of the police suspecting you of being drunk or whatnot increases significantly as we tend to believe that you are attempting to mask the actual alcohol in your system, and since the breath sample is now contaminated, you can and will likely be required to be detained and taken to a police station where a sample of either urine or blood can be taken to confirm your BAC, failure to comply with this requirement WILL result in your license being revoked for 1 year or more. The requirement to consent to a BAC test is called the implied consent law and is applicable in all 50 states.

What state are you in ?? In Tenessee you can have open beer in your car, So laws vary from state to state.
But the mouthwash is legal, the spitting on the road is not. You can get a ticket for that.

Just dont try to rinse right before you have to do a breathalyzer, I did that and blew a .78, which is almost 10 times over the legal limit... and actually twice the fatal limit. Its perfectly legal though, just don't drink it while you are driving.

Depends on just how much of it you plan on drinking. Also depends on just how much it takes to get you drunk but you are right there is some alcohol in it.

Not against the law at all anywhere. Like you said you don't drink it ...But if you get pulled and you rinse to hide something..if you have to blow the Breathalyzer you may fail

I think it has to be an actual alcoholic beverage. I'm not 100% sure on that one though.
