i've recently gotten a speeding ticket from Louisiana state, I have a Texas DL.. I was speeding 80 in a 60mph zone, because I did not notice the speed went from 70 down to 60. I wanted to know around how much would the ticket be if i pay for it... and is there any other options? I can not find any information on it... and YES i have tried calling them.. they said i have to wait for 3 more weeks for the ticket to actually get in the system.. or else they will not give me any information. ANYTHING would help. Thanks!

Instead of protecting the general public, they intimidate them.
Do they watch too many american movies or what?
Or because they are wearing a uniform, they falsely believe that they are above the Law?
Or is it because they are a bunch of Whimps hiding beneath the uniform they wear?
It is a Shame to have this Lowlifes in the police force.
They are an embarassment to the police force and to those who put they lifes on the line at times.
I believe that there are good policeman in the force but this young nobody's should not be part of it.
Who's responsible to put this corrupt, indecent, disgracefull loser's in the force? They are not better then them.

The Federal Bureau of Narcotics no longer exists, its purpose being taken over, at some point, by the Drug Enforcement Agency. I'd like to see Frank Sinatra's complete, official FBN file and am wondering if its accessible online though I'd settle for a place to contact to have the file sent to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Here in the US, are muzzle loaders considered firearms? I've been told by several Law Enforcement officials that these types of guns are considered 'antiques' and do not follow the same guidelines as cartridge guns. But, I've heard several conflicting answers. Felons are not allowed to own or possess any type of firearm.

I know of someone that has a DWI Felony and owns several muzzle loaders, but he has been told that he cannot own a cartridge gun (his cartridge guns were confiscated, but not the muzzle loaders). I know of another that has a Non-payment of Child Support Felony and he is prevented from owning any type of gun (including muzzle loaders).

I have also been told that if you own a single shot or revolver cap and ball type of handgun, you don't need a carrying permit. I do have a permit to carry my cap and ball revolver. Because when it is in my holster, you cannot tell what type of gun it is.

These are just some questions that I have and would like to learn more.

Basically. Was very drunk following row with husband. Stormed into town. This man appeared out of nowhere. talked me into getting into a cab with him. Arrived at a house was given a very very strong drink. Remember nothing after about three quarters of an hour. Remember leaving and him calling a cab and pressing £10 into my hand for the cab. Got home, discovered it was 7 hours after the time I had left - no recollection. Was very bruised and split 'inside'. Discovered 'stains' on my trousers. Next day - realised my wallet was missing from my bag. 2 days later, banged into the guy in the street - he actually turned on his heel AND RAN.

Yes, I'm going for STI checks. Please don't bother with hatemail - I hate myself enough. - do you think there was foul play?

I was driving along when I noticed a young policeman out of his vehicle shouting down to a driver of a citizen's car(driver's side). He saw me looking and he didnt like me looking. So I kept driving, next thing I know, I've got this cops tailing me, they flash the lights to stop me and I did.I pulled over and got out of the car, that's when one of the cops started going off at me verbally, he wouldnt let me talk, shouting "Do you want to go back to your family tonight? then don't say a word, Shut up." The other cop just watched, he didn't participate as the other continued his attack on myself. What can the average citizen do when confronted with a similar situation? They never gave me a ticket, asked me for my licence or breath-test me. After all the abuse he told me to get in my car and go.

Let's say you were raped seven or eight months ago. You didn't see your attacker but kept having weird dreams about this symbol. One day you are at the pool with one of your friends and his boxer shorts falls a bit lower because of the water and you see the symbol that you kept dreaming of tattooed on him. You confront him about it and he smirks telling you that it you can't prove it...and insinuates that he was the one. You destroyed all physical evidence but you can swear on your grandmother's grave that it is him... you want to report it. What channels does it go through and is it possible that he may be tried? Even without any physical evidence and its basically his word against yours?

I have a question about poly graph machines. If there is a question about something and you are not sure of the answer , how do you answer? Obviously they are looking for a yes or a no.. What if you really dont know?.. Example.
Have you ever committed a felony that you were never caught for? Lets say you committed a crime in your past, but you have no idea of the laws that pertain to said crime and not sure if it constitutes as a felony or misdemeanor. How would you answer it?
