It will depend on the court, they may make a few attempts to go by thier house or work, but normally they wait to catch them at a speeding ticket, or a insurnace check point or some other legal action

Some times they have the funding to go get them and other times they just wait to get them at like a traffic stop or something . . . then they hang their asss with extra charges. Way less damage in the long run for you to contact them.
