There are several good background investigation outfits on the net... just punch it up on Google. They can get you records of arrests, misdemeanor, and felony convictions from every county in every state in the U.S for about $65. You need true name(s), date and place of birth, a SS number makes it better yet.

Yes you can. Go to US search.com. You have to pay for it, but it works. Many businesses do this today, especially when they hire someone. You wouldn't want to hire someone to work in a bank, if you knew beforehand if that person was convicted of embezzlement somewhere else. Because once you hire someone, they have rights and it's hard to fire them without just cause. But, you also have to let them know up-front that you will be doing this.

yes, but if you use the Internet they like to charge you. You can go to your court house and pull it up on there computer for free they are usually located on the main floor
