I live in washington state and want to know if it is illegal to drive a car with a suspended license on privet property? At my own house in my own yard ?

Last time I checked it's ok. In some cases if you live in a rural area on a "primitive road" miles from the paved road you can drive sown the dirt road to your school bus stop. But you do need special permission I think.
Any way I grew up in north central WA and had cousins that did that and knew lots of others that did.

NO. The key is your license is suspended. That means unless you have some type of hardship priviledge, if you are caught OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE you can be arrested. You can't commit a crime on private property and say "Oh well, it was my property, so what if I killed the guy!"

No driver's license is necessary to drive on private property anywhere in the U.S. It is when you drive on public roads, where you MUST be licensed.

well you dont need to have a license to drive a tractor unless you plan to go onto public roads.
ATV's are illegal on roads if not insured but okay on private property.there is no licensing of ATV drivers, or for that matter snowmobile drivers.

Yes on your private property., if driving it would be legal on your property.
