What is the open -prison sanction?

Waht crime(s) lead to this particular sanction?

What are the possibilities that a charged person can get a visa and travel out of the UK after going out of prison??

Open vs closed custody works well in the military where the have several versions of it. Chances of getting a visa are nil since passport must be surrended to the court. Any charged person can get it they ARE NOT convicted.

If you go to prison in the UK the authorities will hold your passport.
