I'm researching prices for 15 round 9 mm magazines. The solicitation I would like to bid on calls for them to fit 'Glock 17/19'. The only ones I can find are for the Glock 19. Do you think there is a misprint in the solicitation or am I just missing something? I don't know anything about guns.

our neighbors have been building a pool for the past 4 months, he's building it himself instead of hiring a professional.
For some reason he jackhammers all the time and makes a ton of noise with the jackhammer. He does this all the time and does it until 9:30 at night. My parents go to sleep early since they're older and have to wake up at 3 and 4 in the morning.. My mom is having a nervous breakdown. Not to mention they broke our sprinklers and didn't help to fix them and have a junk yard in front of their house that looks like ****.

So around a month ago we started putting the radio on a spanish channel whenever he had the jackhammer going. Not nearly as loud as the jackhammer. We wanted to block out the noise. Get this, they called the cops on US and the cops said we were being racist because his workers were mexican. Can you believe that??

We don't know what to do. We sure as hell can have the radio on in our back yard right? any station we want..

Typically, 5.56 or .223 caliber rifles are considered "OK" for SWAT entry weapons. Has the .308 or 7.62mm become "viable" for entry? Are there any particular bullet weights preferred?

Micheal Jackson or MJ likes to ????? with usually one child at a time.
Where as the Easter Bunny only likes to take large groups of little Children into the forest where he play a game called" I bet you can't find all my eggs?" once a year. Micheal has an amusement park called wonderland where weird and unusal things happen ..so then next time you let your kids sit on the easter Bunnies lap for a picture, think ... Would you let your kid sit on MJ's lap? usually Easter Bunnie's do it for charity and don't get paid, so there are no back ground checks. MJ don't have a background either according to the courts. Just like Simpson is not guilty.

This is just a hypothetical Question that always makes me wonder..
Let say that a family owned a guard dog (somewhere along Rottweiler, Boxer, or Dobbermann).
A thief came at night to rob the house and he carried a gun.
And he got attacked by the dog causing the death of the thief (or serious injury).

Would the law in US put the owner to prison and killed the dog?
(and in the case of the thief is injured) Is the law permits the thief to sue the owner for physical and mental anguish?

My understanding is that the law actually will euthanize the dog..
Am i wrong? It seemed a bit unfair to me...

Micheal Jackson is not know internationally yet for liking small children, giving them presents, and getting off on getting his picture taken with hundreds of small children while he bounces them on his knee. why do you think santa's helpers are so small. do you think they really help him make toys? or did her lure them to his icelandtic playland and keep them against there will by putting fun and attractions to keep them from leaving.. Oh wait that is Micheal.. I am sorry...

think about it... do they do back ground checks when they hire santa at the local mall?? how do you knwo if the santa near you is not a pedifilier??

I think stronger guidelines need to be created by the police on how and when tasers can be used on citizens. Way too many non-violent and innocent people are being tased. Please contact your local officials and tell them you either want tasers banned or you want tasers strongly regulated on how and when the police can use them.

I had this car accident last year, and the whole length of left-hand side of my vehicle was severely scraped by a tow truck. So my car was sent to this bodyshop to get repaired. After I picked my car up, I found that windows were squeaking so loud when I bring them down, and the rear door was not even fit properly. And the anntena was stuck and won't come down. So I took my car back to the bodyshop, but he told me to go back to ICBC to reclaim and come back to him. But an estimator at ICBC said they already paid almost 5000 dollars to the bodyshop, and it's their job to satisfy customers. This guy at bodyshop is on vacation now, and I'm pretty sure he will not fix my car again. He always gives me some lame excuses to avoid fixing my car. Have you ever been in a similar situation?
What should I do? Should I sue this bodyshop? I mean I'm so angry at this guy's attitude and rudeness...What would you do if you were me?

A pro surfer recently got a 3 year sentence for tax evasion, to me this seems way over the top, I was thinking a lot of sentences are too long. Violent stuff needs to be punished, dangerous people need to be isolated, but tax evasion? Non violent drug offenses, simple possession--if that needs a jail term at all I think it ought to be very short. Whats your thinking?

I've seen on COPS millions of times when a police officer is pointing a gun at a suspect so that they can arrest them, but I was wondering since they do that all the time could the gun aciddently be fired. Or do you actually have to use force on the trigger to fire a bullet at someone?
