I'd love to find the answer to that myself. The answer would be benefical across the board, wouldn't you think?

I would suppose it goes down to the more basic question...why people kill? A million potential answers to that one and not a solution in the mix.

Human nature, poverty levels, city overcrowding, gangs, drugs, and the list goes on and on.

Does having a strong police presence prevent murder? I'd like to think so but I believe the problems have far more answers than just one.

I wish there was a clear cut answer to give but, there simply isn't.

I don't know. Daley isn't doing his job!!!

That's one of the reasons I left and moved to San Jose, Cali. There is little to no crime here!!!
