That isn't a case number. It is a CA criminal history number, or Criminal Identification Index (CII). It is a number that corresponds to a person's criminal history in CA.

a case number means nothing--- that is just whatever number case you are in the court system. There should be a law code somewhere that acually tell you what you are charged with.
