my bro works at walmart. they have a new night supervisor that harrasses employees(targets blacks) my bro have been having trouble with her for a while like others. Last night she fired him b/c they got into it. so he goes to clock out then goes to to the music dept. to check out some CD's she follows him back there and yells I TOLD YOU TO GET OUT. so he tells her this is walmart a public store he has rights to buy even tho he not employed there. so she calls the police for criminal trespassing by the time the police do arrive he's outside and they pick him and take him to jail. he still in there this morning no word when he will get out yet. DOES THIS SOUND LIKE A CASE? he didnt provoke her he just clocked out and went to the cd dept. My aunt has worked there for about 30 years and said people get fired all the time from there and walk around they dont have to leave. so did his rights get violated when he went to jail?? lawsuit yes or no

The company I work for just did this to one of my co-workers. They are a young company run by a 20-year old guy without a high school diploma and they do alot of things that most would consider unethical. I am worried because I want to leave the company as well, but I am afraid that if I put in a notice, that they will fire me before my last day as well. I haven't done anything to warrant being fired, but neither did my former co-worker. To make matters worse, the company manages the apartment complex where I live. I am afraid of what they might try to do to mess with me if I leave! A week ago they made all the employees that live in the complex sign a document stating that they could be made to vacate the premises for any reason at any time. Is that even legal? I refused to sign. I've only been here a month and apparently the turnover at this company is off the charts. What should I do??

A judge working a double-murder case tells the defendant, “You’re charged with beating your wife to death with a hammer.”

“You bastard!” yells a voice from the back of the courtroom.

“You’re also charged with killing your mother-in-law with a hammer,” says the judge.

“Bastard!” the same person yells.

The judge addresses the man sitting in the back of the courtroom.” Sir, one more outburst and I’ll charge you with contempt.”

“I’m sorry, you’re Honor,” says the man. “But I’ve been this bastard’s neighbour for 10 years, and every time I asked to borrow a hammer, he said he didn’t have one.”

A man sentenced to prison, for molesting a child, can have his prison time reduced, if he receives a course of "sexual offender treatment".
The attraction, held by a pedophile for a child, is instilled in the pervert at birth, exactly the same way the attraction of a normal man to women, is instilled, or the attraction of a gay man toward other men.
Taking that course, can not change anything in their genetic make up, so the released convict retains his sexual perversions and is still attracted to kids. Chemical castration only works while the drugs are being taken in the prescribed dosage. Prisons are already over-populated, with other criminals.
My question is, without releasing these animals back into society, is there any acceptable recourse, other than surgical castration?
I don't believe there is. Your thoughts?

Once again the Americans stick their foot up their own a*ss
Greedy record companies, Rehabiing and Stupid Pop Whores, have once again shown just how to make the world think of Americans as nothing more than bleeping Idiots, Now why would you force someone to pay 9000 dollars per song, (most likely some pop garbage), in fines. All the things record companies and popstars should be doing to promote peace and love around the world, instead they are sticking out their asses in crappy music videos, and driving around drunk or loaded and making bad sex tapes, and living in souless manisions, Are the record companies and so-called musicians so out of touch that they cannot see this judgement will only make people download illegally on an even broader and more clever scale. And what About Asia" , they are pirating and copying music, movies etc on such a grand scale that the record companies and movie makers have no profit at all in this part of the world. Know your enemy?

Summary judgment was granted to the defendant despite the fact that defendant denied most of the material facts stated in the original civil complaint. How do I inform the court of appeals of this fact? (Even if one material fact is in dispute, summary judgement should NOT have been granted, but it was. So, how do I inform the Appellate Court of this fact?)

like if someone was sentanced to death they could put an ad out for the chance to shoot someone in the face for like 500$. mabey if the sentenced person says its ok. like they could donate the money to somebody or something. then people could get the chance to legally kill someone for a small fee, the sentence can be carried out, and they would save people alot of money by not having to house the sentenced person for years and years

I have 2 mobile contracts on April and because one phone is broken, I have to put sim card in my wallet. After 10 days, when my phone was ok, I could not find my sim card, so I immediately reported to Orange, but the operator told me that my bill was over 1500 pounds already. I was shocked and explained to him that I did not make any of those international phone calls at all, but he insisted that terms and conditions said I was responsible for all the calls before I reported. Another day luckily I found out 2 local numbers the thief called on the bill, so I was told the name and address of the thief and I immediately reported to the police. At the moment Police is still in the progress of investigating, but Orange had passed my account to Debt Collection Agency who is forcing me to pay otherwise a Country Court Claim will be sent to me. I feel so unfair, How can I afford this big amount which I did not use at all? What will happen if I go to Court and lose the case?

what about the hard working people who really need to be housed??
this is wrong!
.. my lord so us hard working folk have to struggle through.
because of this i will never be housed and will need to rent privatly until i kill someone, get run over or have babies... which i dont plan on doing!

Because of this im struggling, when the contract im at now runs out then i will have to find somewhere else to live (im not allowed to renew my contract) i can afford weekly rent but i have no money to put down on a deposit...(there asking for £2500 before you even move in) which means im going to find myself on the street pretty soon!

The council doesnt even give homeless people 1st priority.. god damn!

what do you do if you are trying to get rented accomodation but cant afford to pay the deposit??
should i go and hold a knife at someones neck and beg them to call the police so that i can get put down for attemptive murder?
at least by doing this i would get a place to live!!

I am appauled by the injustice in the US justice system. No one denies that it was wrong for the 6 kids to beat up 1 kid even after he was unconscious, no matter what that one kid said. But attempted murder? Come on!

But I just saw something on youtube that just made me SO sad. Pictures of Robert Bailey literally gloating with all the money he has made from his supporters who have sent him cash for his defense fund.

Does this make you sad too?

So I guess if you want to support the defense fund, please do it through legit means (through an organization). Please do not send money directly to the defendants!

People in law enforcement and the courts say there is a technical difference between killing and murder! Can this be so? Either way its the taking of a life. When the courts sentence a person the die, they are in a sense getting away with murder, legally! With that in mind, why isn't the death penalty considered murder?
