I am going to need them to sign some papers for me? Where online can I get a form like this, or should I buy one from office max? Does office max or some store have something like that, or can I print something off the web? Please give me some valid information and links?

You can buy the form at most office supply stores. It needs to be filled out and signed in front of a Notary. Make sure you write the limits of the POA in the document because this document gives whoever you name, total power over your properties and other tangible assets.

Power of Attorney is limited. So be careful of what you dig up, so you don't sign your rights away.

Try www.legalzoom.com.
