Hello,This is my case as of now. I am 16 and the mother and her daughter of 16 are filling a restraining order against me. I guess for harrasment it is. The story is this. I am in the wrong I understand and know I am in the wrong. I made a fake identity so to speak and said I was in danger to get her back to me. She later found out about this and filed a restraining order. In those emails I never threatend her or anyone. The order says I knew where she was at all times, was stalking, knew who she was talking with , etc.. None of that is true. I couldnt possibly know where she was. Sure i would have loved to known but I am mearly 16 and unable to find out such information.

My problem is I was in a very serious car accident in June of 2006 and lost all my records in my totalled out car when I was moving to North Carolina. My file cabinet with all my records and many other valuable personal belongings were also lost. What is the proper way to represent my situation at the audit? Also the examiner in NY requested a letter faxed to her and she said the exam would take place in Florida. Is there anything else I should do to prepare for this since all my records were lost. I have all the reports about the accident and my injuries and subsiquent disibility for 8 months. I just returned to work in march 2007. I am in sales so they are questioning my unreembursed expenses and cash contributions. Should I just make a deal with them and pay what they ask for? HELP!!!!!

It was consensual. Noboby is disputing that. But I have been informed that since I put in the uni-sex bathrooms, state ordered by the way, I could be liable for creating an "attractive nuisance" situation.

It seems that some of my employees went a little wild in there. Now I am looking at several paternity suits naming me as the cause. Not the father mind you. Just the employer that created an environment that was condusive to sexual actions.

Does this seem fair or reasonable?

In a society, the President was acting autocratic, collected monies; no receipts issued, no vouchers for expenditures; not put it in the banks; not shown in the monthly audit; one who questioned was sent a suspension letter without comite approval; writing his own minutes for the AGM. Some how the committee members joined together and sent him a show cause notice and suspended him on rcvng unsatis reply. Bocs most of them are his relatives the majority shifted back n now saying he should continue. But I am standing against and fighting it in the court, since the byelaw provides that executive committee has the power to suspend any member who acts against the interest of the society. Now they say it is not applicable to a President of the society. My contention is that since he is suspended as a member he cannot continue as President. Pls let me know, if there are any previous cases where a President of a society is suspended and also can the comite decision be held valid?

on record be a bad thing?? I mean how can it be abused as was put in the recent yahoo news story?? Wouldnt having everyones DNA profile on file make things much easier?? We would have DNA straight away to deal with crimes that happen, meaning the commiters can be caught earlier so they cant do it again and if someone goes missing they could be found quicker as their profile could be found and used on things were they have been supected of being? And compiling visitors DNA could also help cut illegal immigration and terrorism as airports could screen those flying?? So why are so many people against having their DNA on file, how would it break peoples privacy??

My company has had threats of suits regarding sexual harassment, un-safe conditions, and a number regarding the uni-sex bathrooms I was forced to install by the state.

Now a number of my employees are complaining that their work environment is being made hostile by the apperance of some of the other employees. Notably my HR Director. I will admit that she is a most unsightly woman.

Do you think if I hire some very attractive employees to off-set the ugly ones, beauty credits if you will, I can avoid another law suit?

If he wasn't guilty, why would he not seek legal counsel? Are we to believe that he's really that ignorant as to the way our legal system works, after 2 decades in the legislature, and the legal ramifications of a guilty plea? Furthermore, would it not constitute contempt of court for an "innocent" man to plead guilty- i.e. lie to the court- and is the typical common man entitled to a "do-over" on a guilty plea, at taxpayer expense, as he's prepared to seek? What are the legal ramifications of setting such a precedent- both for others that have entered into plea agreements, and for those currently going through the system- will every misdemeanor now require a court trial to assure that a conviction is final?

Comcast cable installed a cable connection when I moved in 6 mohths ago. The cable is above ground. The owner of the house next door came by, and said that since the cable cord was running through her hedges, it had to be buried. I said fine, but she called the cable company right away and the rep said it would be buried by Friday. She used this information as a deadline, said if the cable is not buried by Friday she or her husband will cut the cable. My call to the cable rep said it would take at least 10 days. Cable can't be buried by Friday since area has to be examined for possible other buried utilities. She wrote out everything in a letter and signed it and gave it to me including the date she plans to cut the cable. If she does, is it illegal? If so, what is the crime or misdemeanor? If it is illegal, it it an act against the cable co. or me or both? What legal recourse do I have. The cable co. doesn't seem to care. If it's a crime against me, what action can I t
