I saw this in a pet shop near me and it didn't seem right, surely this isn't actually allowed? I'd like to be able to do something about it if it isn't.

The size of the cage is an approximation as i didn't actually measure it, so I've made it slightly larger rather than smaller.

when i was around 6yrs old my grandmother willed rings and other small things to my brother and I
a few years later, my mother abandon our family and from whati have heard she hocked the rings...and other items..i am 26 now...is there anyway i can sue her? we have nothing left of my grandmothers memory and my mother has never mentioned them and is estranged from the family.

I have not spoken to my sister, who is the executor of my mother's will, for almost a year. My mother passed away last month, but I have not received a copy of her will or a list of her assets and their value. As far as I know, I am named in the will, but there's always the chance that my sister convinced her to disinherit me. Is there a formal, legal way to request a copy of the will? If I am not named in the will, am I entitled to a copy anyways?

I just bought a house in Texas and found a bucket full of used motor oil behind my privacy fence in the alley. I called the city and they said it was my responsiblilty. I disagree and should call the epa on them, Could it come back and bite me. I think some of it has splilled on the ground and I dont want the charges to have it removed

I need to ask them why they have not put on pictures of my brother in law who has been missing at Squaw Peak for 9 days now. They found his vehicle 9 days ago with the keys in it, but we can't get them to post a missing persons report or get the search and rescue out,well they flew over the area once 6 days ago Does any one have an opinion on this. Its clear that foul play is involved. But were not wealthy mormens either. I think that is the whole reason.Piss poor excuse for authorities around here.

I live in a good neighborhood but yet my house has been vandalized more times then I can count. Everything from toilet papering to written messages on the driveway. Egging numerous times and etc. It is so annoying ( I'm practically paranoid now) and I have no idea who is doing this! It has to be the same people right? It happened last night again, someone scribbled mustard all over the porch)! We told the police but since there is no proof to who did it, they can't do anything. Also, no significant damage to property has been done. But, still this can't go on forever! I have to do something. Any ideas for catching the culprit????!!! Thanks!

i and my friends were playing with one boy. but he got a hurt on his head. so our young pretty teacher scold us. and she ordered me to lie and sit on my face strongly and moved!!
i got a noseblood because she sat so strongly! so after 10minutes, her skirt and my face was full of blood, because she moved on my face with her hip! my friends were also face sat by our teacher. i think she is crazy! it was so painful

is it out of law that teacher sat on student's face?!

I receive section 8, i lost my job and was late with my rent..it is all paid except some late fees..i have court on monday.. i found this on the NJ law Q&A page:
Likewise, tenants who participate in a H.U.D. subsidy program are entitled to the additional protection of federal laws that require a written notice be served upon the tenant prior to the filing of any action for eviction.

does this mean that i should have got written notice before the filing? because i didnt...also on my lease, late fees are not written in to be *included as rent* can they evict only for late fees?

Example: Smoking. In Michigan, They want to tell folks who live in apartment buildings they have 18 months to quit smoking or be evicted! Here in Tennessee, They want to TRIPLE the cigarette tax and they're talking about making it a smoke free state. Is this REALLY NECESSARY or is it just another chink in the wall around our liberty?

The power of attorney was given in Florida however, the principal no longer lives there or owns property their; they live in Texas. Can the Power of Attorney be revoked or is it null and void since it is in a different state and therefore under different conditions than that of where the dependent is.

I can't afford to have a lawyer do a living trust. I really need one done, because I have a daughter and stepkids. I have heard a will would have to go through probate court. Is there anyway besides a lawyer to do a living trust?

i had my response to my divorce summons all ready to go. i go to the post office. pay for certified, next day service guarenteed by 3:00pm the next day. i send one packet to the lawyer and one to the court.

i just got the certified receipts today in the mail. the lawyers is dated fine. the packet to the court has the following days date on it which is one day to late.

am i screwed? does the court go with the default judgement because my papers were "late"? can i sue the post office for damages caused to me because of them failing to deliver the package? or am i ok because i had certified next day service and the court recognizes this and im ok?

anyone? i will find out of course on monday morning first thing...but i just want to get my game plan going now instead of reacting to this on monday. FYI:the court is in missouri.

These parties care nothing about the small people of this country the actual back bone of this country, They do not support anyone but their selves and I feel it is time to change this government and start a party that cares about real problems, lets take care of our people first, then if we have something left over we can help others not before. what say you fine people of this here United states.
