If you're an independent inventor and have a story to share regarding any "negative treatment" you feel you may have received from a company you disclosed to, I would like to hear your story.
Please express as to whether or not you feel any
"ethics" were violated while you were dealing with that company.

I do have a story that falls into this category, but not quite an invention.
Years ago I wrote a short story and submitted it to a magazine for publishing. My story was rejected. But about 1 year later my story's opening paragraph (practially word for word) and general theme was used by another author in the same magazine.
Do I feel that the magazine was unethical? Absolutely.
