I am a male single parent to a 4.5 yr old daughter. She began behaving in a sexualised manner which seriously concerned me. I went to the Soc.Serv. for help and advice. Later it appeared she had been abused by an 11yr old neighbours daughter. The result was that she was taken from me and investigations started against me. The police arrested me and searched my home for evidence of child porn etc. This all happened over the Xmas period and my daughter is still `in care`. I dont even think any serious investigation into the neighbours child has yet begun. They (Soc. Sec./Police) seem to be convinced Im the perpetrator here. Any genuine help would be appreciated.

I like Red Robin, but some things in the resteraunt affended me. They have a picture of I think the Decleration being signed or whatever, and the red robin dude is in the picure! It is affending to any american. Second, they have a Statue of Liberty with a burger instead of a torch. lastly, one of the greatest works of art, the painting with the farmer and his wife with the hoe thing, well they put burgers on the hoe things! Gosh! I was pretty mad!

When my friend turns herself in at the Sherrifs department for having two warrants for bad checks, what will she do there and what will the process be? How long will she be there? Will they take her to jail or will they hold her at the Sherrifs office in a cell until her paperwork is processed and until she can talk to the judge in the morning?

Ok so my boyfriend was staying at his brothers house for a while. His brother had this drug guy living there too. One morning my boyfriend, the drug guy, and a girl were in the house and it got raided. Cops claimed that my boyfriend took possession of everything so they only arrested him! This was a year ago and he still hasn't even had trial. they keep continuing it for one reason or another. Is this a good sign?
Do they really have a case considering the only real evidence they have against him is a little baggy of residue with one fingerprint? Theyhave nothing else. They don't even have proof that he was even staying at the house! Are they just stalling or are they really going to try him.

He caught 3 charges... trafficing, manufacturing, and poss. of paraphanelia.

What are the chances of him really getting convicted for something he didn't do?

Should I expect to have to pay her legal fees?

I found out recently that my Great Aunt, who is 82 years old, had given money to this local man who told her he would buid her a carport for her truck, well, 6 months have passed by & stiil no carport. My first thought was to go to his place of work & kick his *** all over south Texas. But then my cousin told me we can help her get her money back & then some in court.
So what is the Legal term? I'd appericiate it.
