euro millions e-mailed me to go to Belgium to collect a million dollars they say i won, they also said if i couldnt go there they gave me a lawyers phone # to call in there country to help me get papers signed and get the money wired to my bank account. Is this a scam to get my account #? Thwy say i only have a few days to get this done. Can anybody HELP me?

Big scam dateline did a storry on these guys and several copycat prize lotterys they just want your bank account # contact FBI at first gov.gov or contact your local pd to report this there praying on eveyone the got my sister in law wiped here out in 13 minutes Stay away from them and dont open any emails the can still do bad things just with the mail

It is the Nigerian scam indeed. A few email later they will say that they need some money (a few thousand USD) to make the transfer possible, (lawyers fee etc). As soon as you transfer money, it is gone.

This scam originated in Nigeria. They just labeled this differently.
