I hope so personally. We must expose the truth. I watched this video called 9/11 Mysteries and I challenge anyone who doesn't believe in so called conspiracy theories to actaully watch the whole movie and then honestly tell me their opinion. The link is below on Google Video.

I think the USA legal system depends too much on jails and prisions...I'm not saying that I am anti-punishment but I think we need to look to other methods to punish certain criminals what do you guys think and do you have any ideas on what should be done?

My ex-husband has filed for full custody, which I have now. I got the papers in the mail this Saturday (the 23rd) I have 3 days to respond. He is basing this upon the fact that they have been picking my daughter up from school everday, then going places with her and not answering my phone calls so that I could not get her even though I have full custody. My son goes to school open enrollment in his residence school ditsrict, so he gets off the bus there. Basically I do not have an attorney, but need to answer to the court and file contempt of court charges, do I even have time to find an attorney? CAn I do any of this without an attorney?

Laws in Oregon require that a dissolution of marriage is legal if you have certain criteria. One of those is less then 15K in debt, Papers have to be served by a third party, and there cannot be any kids involved.. there are a few other things but I can't remember. Since we were 35k in debt, the papers were never given to me, and he lied to the judge to get her to sign the papers before the 90 day waiting period was up, does that mean our divorce is not legal and we are still married? Do you have any suggestions on what I can do? I don't want to be divorced. Legal advice? Anyone???

My friend was born at an address which land belongs to his grandmother. His grandmother died 25 years ago and the title deed was lost. There are no will to the land. He did not claim till he realised and checked that that land is still vacant till now.

All he has is his birth certificate which reflected on that address although his grandmother has more land properties other than that address.

How do my friend start doing the claim and is there a good chance to claim the land?
