OJ Simpson wrote a book entitled, If I Did It.

Would you be interested in hearing from OJ Simpson his tale of the murders?

Simpson to Discuss How He'd Have Killed Ex-Wife

By EDWARD WYATT, The New York Times

LOS ANGELES (Nov. 14) - O. J. Simpson, who was acquitted 11 years ago in the 1994 death of his wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend Ronald L. Goldman has written a book and will appear on television telling “how he would have committed the murders if he were the one responsible,” his publisher and the Fox television network said on Tuesday.

O.J. Simpson still owes restitution to the families Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman, as decided in a civil trial that found him responsible for their deaths. It is not clear if royalties from the sale of his new book will go toward that payment.

Are you surprised by what OJ Simpson is doing and should monies from the sale of the book go to the families of the victims as outlined in the civil case?

In Jackson Miss. the mayer was going before a jury for gun prosition. He reached a agreement 30 minutes befor trial He faced 3 years in prison. Also as a concicted felon he would have been thrown outof office. The charges were, concealed wepon in a park, a church & at the Mississippi colleger school of law. He got 3 years probation + $1,500 fine. My point is If I break the law I go to jail , but a public offical breaks the law so they bargin to keep him in office. Is this equal protection under the law?

When my husband and i got married, we paid our photographer up front. to date, we have nothing from her. she has disappeared. she is no longer in her studio and no longer in her apartment. she has ignored BBB complaints in the past (i just found this out) and i don't think she'll be responsive to the Dept. of Community Affairs complaint either. i want to make this woman suffer like she has made me and my husband. sueing her is not good enough. i want to distroy her, her reputation and her business. i want the word to get out about her so other couples aren't out of their photos too

Many people are saying that the "hypothetical" book is really a confession, however due to double jeopardy laws, there's no way Simpson could be convicted.

Just like to know what you think of this issue...should we do away with double jeopardy laws, and do you think the book is really a confessional?

They are trying to get my husband his coworkers and his employer to join the union.Which they have already refused to do. They harass them trying to convince them to join. Just last week they were handing out peices of papers with my boyfriends pic and 8 other coworkers faces on it.They drew a pic of a rat on my husbands sgirt and wrote scab across his forehead. Some he wrote mexico on their foreheads. Is this legal? Should we sue them for this or do we not really have a case?

Hi,
I'm trying to find the ORS 165.140 Paragraph C law in Oregon. I have tried the http://www.leg.state.or.us site to find the law, but it's saying that it has been repealed. I'm not a lawyer, just trying to find out somethings for a case. Your help will be much appreciated.

Me and my boyfriend are planning on moving out when we are 16 with a friend of mine and his. My friend is going to be 18. She said we could live wit her, but we have to pay half of the rent. I have a job and so does my boyfriend. So what exactly do I have to do to get emancipated in the state of Ohio? Thanks!

My husband is sueing his former employer for unpaid wages. What kind of opening statement should he make? What kind of questions could the judge ask? Basically put, what all should we expect in the hearing? We have all the paperwork that we could get our hands on. He never received a paycheck from this employer because she claims she owes him nothing due to a mishap on the job. He was never properly trained and all he has is his log book (he is a trucker) and a statement from another trucker that is from a different company that tried helping him the best way he could.

Serious replys only please.

I am being accused of sexual harassment from my ex-boyfriend who lives with me in student housing. He claims that I put up a picture on our house computer of me in a sexy school girl costume to target him. This is not true. This comes a surprise to me since he has a history of displaying pictures on the same computer and in the house of very sexually explicit pictures of men and women's anatomy. Can I be "convicted" of sexual harassment when he himself has done the same thing and never warned me to stop...he just went straight to a formal complaint and wants me to be evicted.

What can I do?
