does anyone know the address or how to buy duty free tabacco from aboard and get it posted over to my address

you can do this as there has been news reports about people doing this

The ruling by the European court is not due until the 23/11/2006.
When this happens it will be all over the news, along with pictures of Gordon Brown shedding tears.
There will be several companies advertising on the web.
I"m sure they will be absolutely inundated with business.
Can"t wait myself.

In the U.S. Virgin Islands you can get duty free liquor and tobacco sent to you. Check out Al Cohen's Discount Liquor or any where else in St. Thomas, USVI

you can buy from indian reservations.. they can no longer sell thru the internet but you can still call the 1-800 numbers and have them shipped to you.

You can't do that. You have to pay taxes when the tobacco gets into your country.
