i am 16 but i cant help but notice how very **** scared of being racist broadcasting companis are in britain not only the broadcasting companies but also the government in general.
for example there is a month which is named black awareness month. now i ask uhow crazy would everyone go if there was a white awareness month, its discrimination, people are so scared of insulting black people or muslims etc that they forget that white people can also be a subjsect of racial discrimination and i personally cannot see why equality between ethnicities is black awareness month. as i mentioned i am not racist and believe everyone deserves an equal chance at life but am i the only one who feels as if white people are becoming discriminated, asnd if we complain about the asian network or black awareness month then we are considered to be racist, please shed some light cheers

Based on, matters of the law between a woman and her estranged partner, without the estranged partner having any knowledge of the documentary being made and aired on National TV. The man had violated restraining orders and had been tried, he admitted the offences and was therefore prosecuted accordingly. But was the production company allowed to air the womans side of the story,(without notifying the estranged or even making him aware of the documentary) without hearing the other persons story too! This woman is well known to people close to her and was also known to Embellish the truth, Lie and Manipulate relationships. Her name and Identity were made public (her own choice), although the mans was protected. Thy were both born, raised and lived in a community where thy were very well known and liked. The guy had had drink problems for years. He was never violent, he was thrown out, but kept returning to the family home to c his kids. He Hung himself and died days after the docu aired!

Women, mexicans, africans, asians, indians dont really seem to have a problem with the concept of being considerate of others. Sometimes you see the occasional exception but for the most part, the idea that you should respect the culture, gender, race or religions beliefs of others seems to be a reasonable position. Except to the angry white men.

I always here white men say, "YOU PEOPLE don’t have the right NOT to be offended?" It almost as if they are saying, "We've been free to insult, demean and embarrass other groups for the last 500 years. How dare you consider infringing on our right to do so?" Is having the right to be inconsiderate of others so important? If so, why?

Are there any laws against moving across state lines while pregnant? I am currently in Florida and so is the father (my psychotic ex who I am trying to get away from) and I am planning to move in the second week of October. He knows I am moving out of state but does not know to where. I understand a father has rights and all that, but I am not planning to list him on the birth certificate nor do I even want child support from him (if you knew the situation, you wouldn't either). I'm just trying to cover myself from a legal stand point.

I want to ask the court not to disburse these funds until our small claims hav been settled, without having to hire an attorney to do so.

Just consider what I am saying before you get mad. Sure, growing up, children aren't racist. They do not recognize differences. But eventually, we start to grow and learn, and we begin to see differences in the world, taste, smell, feel, whatever. We begin to see that someone else's skin is a different color.

Aren't we naturally offended by anything different? If the grass all of a sudden turned blue, wouldn't you be uncomfortable? When you put your hand on a hot stove, you naturally pull away. If you are used to dr. pepper, and someone gives you coke, you wish you had dr. pepper? If you get used to the way your friend dresses or talks, you would feel uncomfortable if they changed their image and personality? If you look and see your skin a certain color in the mirror... isn't it only natural to feel uncomfortable around a different color? Most people do not like change, and feel uncomfortable around different or new circumstances.

This topic came up in one of my college classes.

Write a five-paragraph essay defending or critiquing the laws as they regard “Quid Pro Quo” and “Hostile Environment.” These are the two laws most often used to prosecute sexual harassment cases. You are allowed to include subjects not related to these two areas but they should only have a minor part in your paper.

tell me what you guys think about this?

Situation: Grandmother & my sibling passed away at the same time last Oct. I am one of two beneficiaries to Grans Estate.
1 - I have yet to receive a COMPLETE copy of trust, specifically the schedule of assets.
2- The accounting I received (after insisting on it) of the trust is shoddy (missing check numbers, no indication of what some checks were issued for).
3- Gran had annuities & life ins that sibling was sole beneficiary. Annuities were not part of the trust. Do the proceeds go to her Estate as there is no living beneficiary?
Frustrated and unsure of how to proceed - is there someone out there with some advice (besides to tell me to just call an attorney.). Thanks.

Recently my wife has had to undergo a series of tests becuase she became ill. She still has more to go and needs weekly or bi weekly appointments with an eye doctor. She also has to see a specialist concerning what is believed to be wrong with her. Her boss is making life hell on her and is writing her up and threatening to fire her for going to the doctor. After my wife's illness her boss implemented a policy that all requested days off must be turned in by the 10th of the previous month (i.e. for days off in October you must give notice by September 10). Given that we don't always know a month+ in advance of these appointments that is impossible to do. She has gotten written up 3 times for going to the doctor and bringing in excuses. It even said that a doctors appointment with a note from the doctor is against the rules. Is all of this legal? Im looking for any help I can find. Thanks

I was fired 8-6-06. The job required valid driver lic and insurance.
My lic was revoked for parking tickets which enable me to get car insurance.I was required to use my own auto.I enter into a ayment
plan for the tickets .I moved and put in change of address but never received anything from the dmv regarding the revocation
I didnt realize about the lic because I was able to get my insurance for this year but when I got ready to renew with a diffrent company they notified my employer about about the license. The employer gave me 5 days to show valid insurance and license but with the amount of parking tickets I needed more time. Per unemployment I was aware of this policy and denied.
