Political correctness is nonsense. Respect and using language which doesn't cause offence isn't political correctness, it's common courtesy. Racists, who preach hatred, decry avoiding racist language as political correctness to undermine attempts at understanding between people.
The reason why golliwog has become an offensive term, is because the racists shortened it to wog and used that term to describe non-whites, in a perjorative sense.
No, blackboards are still blackboards - that's just a myth put out by racists to undermine their enemies.
What makes you think there is any law to stop you calling the child's toy a golliwog, or calling a blackboard a blackboard? There isn't. You just made it up.
Just a couple more points:
The term is "do-gooders".
Sentences start with a capital letter.
There is a spellcheck function.
'Belonging to them' is their
Love thy neighbour, even though...

Golly Honkey.I love it.Really I do,it made me laugh.
And that's the difference.I am against racism and prejudice of any kind as I am sure most reasonable people are.But also I don't take myself too seriously.
Let me explain, hopefully without sounding self righteous.
I am what the Americans would call a WASP (White Anglo Saxon Protestant).I am married to a black catholic woman. We have endured snide remarks and comments. On ocaasion others have said "Why don't you fight back to people like that?".You should do this or report them to that.
My view is, if they are that narrow minded and bigoted then there opinion is worth f@@k all anyway so they can go screw themselves.

lower than no circumstances. if you're a celebrity - commentator, performer - and also you come back to a decision to assert something provocative, you're taking a danger that it will come back to chew you contained in the @zz or develop your occupation. it somewhat is the prospect you're taking once you open your mouth. Secondly, what does a soldier firing his weapon ought to do with computing gadget? Thirdly, some persons only favor to whine about computing gadget because they are incapable of expressing themselves in a mature, dignified way and ought to position self belief in slurs, epithets and a restricted vocabulary. The English language is perchance the richest in the international at the same time as it involves similes and metaphors, and all we are able to cope with to go back up with are words like "ho" and "lieberal." it really is pathetic. Honesty would not advise an finished intestine-spilling, nor does it require that harsh or cruel words be used to placed across one's truthful ideas.

Political correctness is brought about by those on the left wanting to further their own political careers. For example, they seem to think that banning Chrismas will prevent muslims being offended.
Political correctness also comes from the mouths of 'hollier than thou' Guardian and Independant readers who appear to think they know better than you or me, and think their silly views represent everyone, when surely, everyone simply reards these people as misguided, pompous, arrogant pillocks.
Race relations are better than ever, most of us aren't bothered about the colour of each other's skin. The only reason we hear of racism now, surely, is those bringing it up to further thir own careers and improve their PR, though sadly for them, we can see through such nonsense.

It might be a good idea to distinguish between politial correctness, which is people phrasing things in such a way as to not hurt someone else's feelings, and basic constitutional protections.

If everyone would just chill out the world would be a much nicer place. Unfortunately the do-gooders don't realise that they actually encourage more problems than they are solving.

The ones that bring food and impose their religion are bad. But otherwise doing good is not bad. How do you know they are a terrorist until they commit a crime? Considered innocent until proven guilty.

Yes political corresctness has its uses. Sometimes we don't know what is offensive to other people and need it pointed out to us. How would you like there to be a popular doll called Golly Honkey?
