Your all attacking me for spitting when you have no idea why I did. It WAS meant to be demeaning and like I said, for good reason. I dont just go around doing it over just anything. What, like its not demeaning to call someone a B? Or Slu*?

They consider spitting assault, unless you have a communicable disease then it's assualt with intent

Some people were starting to spit at police officers then would say they had aids. There are some cities that give tickets for just spitting on the street or sidewalk. It is illegal to spit in the city of Chicago.

Yes, it is illegal. You said you have spit on someone several times. How disgusting for you to do that and there is no reason to spit on a person. If someone was to ever spit on me... it would be the last time they spit on a person....

Spitting could be construed as assault. Even if you toss a piece of paper at someone and it hits them, it is ASSAULT. Usually a Class C Misdemeanor. And spit...if the person has HIV, Hepatitis or any other illness that is carried in the fluids , (ie blood, saliva) and it got into a cut or scratch - even in your eye- could be transmitted to you. Plus it is just plain gross.

Spitting falls under assault. You can also be sued for it civilly. Threatening is not a crime in most states. However, you are apparently a disgusting slob if you are spitting on people.

It is a petty offence to spit on somebody, it would come under tort law. Spitting may be an offence of battery or assault.

It is since the outbreak of HIV. Well before that, the last two people who spit on me I threw over a railing (three floors up). I hope your tounge freezes to the roof of your mouth.

In New York you would be charged with harrassment second which is a violation. You would probably only get a slap on the wrist. But, please don't spit on people anyone. That's gross and there are better ways to get your point across.

Spitting on someone is an assault. It is also DEMEANING TO THE PERSON SPITTING.

Have you no self respect at all?

Monkeys throw feces at people, I suppose you could try that too, since you were obviously raised in a barnyard.

--------------

Did you read this? I didn't say it was demeaning to the person you spat on. It isn't. I said it was demeaning TO YOU. It makes you look like an animal, it makes it look like you don't belong in civilized society.

We don't treat people that way. What are you thinking? If you are from another country and it's acceptable there, well it isn't here. The mouth and spit is extremely dirty and full of germs. I'd advise against you spitting on people.
