Normally people understand that a dictator means a person who starts ruling the people from the day ONE of his ruling
without consulting the mass / mjority of the people like in most developing third world conuntries like Pakistan etc. But what about in the countries who claims to be the champion of democracy but their government are still governed or ruled by those ruler who are disliked by the majority of the people but still they don't want to honor the willingness of general mass majority of their own people and continues to rule by any means. Does those people also come in the cirle of Dictatorship? In my opinion they does but what about others feeling I need to know?

What legal liability does a renter have if he discovers his roommates are growing marijuana?

Is this liability affected by whether or not the renter has signed a lease? If the renter has not signed a lease, could he simply say that he was unaware that the plants were on the property? Furthermore, does having signed a lease make the renter jointly liable for the plants?

And why does the international community keep silent about this widespead and systematic human rights abuse?

Here is a news report of what I'm talking about:

Millions of Cameroon girls suffer "breast ironing"

By Tansa Musa

YAOUNDE, Cameroon (Reuters) - Worried that her daughters' budding breasts would expose them to the risk of sexual harassment and even rape, their mother Philomene Moungang started 'ironing' the girls' bosoms with a heated stone.
....

"Breast ironing is an age-old practice in Cameroon, as well as in many other countries in West and Central Africa, including Chad, Togo, Benin, Guinea-Conakry, just to name a few," said Flavien Ndonko, an anthropologist and local representative of German development agency GTZ, which sponsored the survey.
....
However, the practice has many side-effects, including severe pain and abscesses, infections, breast cancer, and even the complete disappearance of one or both breasts.

It said in the news that slave reparations are gaining ground. My family didn't even come here from Europe until the 1900's. Why should we have to pay? If they do pay will they pay for the Irish slaves brought to America even before the black slaves?

My wife bought a car in her name only, my name appears no where on the contract. The car was eventually repo'ed. My wife then filed bankruptcy. Next thing I know I am being sued for the balance of her car note. They say the have justification under the "Family Purpose Doctrine". Also, they say that because the car was used to accomplish family responsibilities, I am fully responsible. Do they have a case? Should I be worried?

I think that if a judge or parole board releases a prisoner who is at high risk to reoffend and that person commits the same crime. (it seems to be happening a lot with Sex Offenderss) that the judge or parole board that released the prisoner should be charged with accessory before the fact. Or somehting like that I can't remember the acctually law

My wife told me 3 months after we married. She told me she needed her papers. We had a little boy. 7 weeks later my son almost died from pnuemoia. The DCF blamed me before ever investigating. You know else was involved/law. It has been going on for 3 years. It will be over with next week. Last year my became so called religious. We stared seeing each other again.
Everything I did was wrong. She treated me like a door mat. I was tired of the games. I called are 4 times in 2 days. Told her I wanted a divorce and let the judge decide. The only thing they could use on me was calling about the divorce, No stalking No abuse. All hearsay no witnesses. She used the restraining order to file petition for permanent residance. Under the battered women abuse act.
Note she needed a interpeter at court. They give court spervised visitation only. I haven't seen my son in over a year. It is hard to keep a decent job with that over my head. She has more rights than I do. THEY ORERED SUPPORT HELPPP

Seriously. We are spending 300 plus billion dollars on a war that many people feel isnt an urgent one. Money wasted after Katrina, a defense budget bigger than the rest of the world combined, even paying representives 13 times the federal minimum wage. If this country can affort such things, why cant if afford to help each african amercian rediscover their roots? Get money to invest in their futures?

Most people can say their ancestors were from "X" given country, but I cant because my ancestors were treated like animals, legally for the first 90 of the 230 years of this country. My last name comes from Europe, the last name of a slavemaster of my ancestors. Black people have gotten nothing. After 400 of tearing our families apart under the nose of the US. government.

Why are people so threatened by talk of reparations? Should we get it or not, why so hostile? Fear, anger? You think being black in America is so easy that we dont need it? Why?

Many a times road side trees planted and maintained by relevant authorities falls and caused damages to private property.
No claims against the damages to private property are entertained using the clause “ Act of God ”. The trees are planted and maintained by the authorities and are expert in this field as to its safety and hazard to the public. Using the term to avoid claim, is it fair or avoid responsibility?
