I think that if a judge or parole board releases a prisoner who is at high risk to reoffend and that person commits the same crime. (it seems to be happening a lot with Sex Offenderss) that the judge or parole board that released the prisoner should be charged with accessory before the fact. Or somehting like that I can't remember the acctually law

How do you expect a judge to release ANYONE if they risk going to jail over it?
If your plan is enacted -- Judges will keep EVERYONE in jail because they don't want to risk their own hides.

So instead of punishing the Judges which will go against the principle of keeping the judges as unbiased and fair as possible would not it be easier to discontinue Parole program altogether?

It will achieve the same result as your proposal.

Maybe they SHOULD be charged, but the government charges people with crimes, and the Judge or parole board are part of the government, doing what they are paid to do, and therefore they have something called "qualified immunity."

Those that make the rules win the game.

No, they shouldn't be charged. They are not committing a crime. Our jails and prisons are already overcrowded as it is, sometimes with a disproportianately higher number of inmates who are incarcerated for victimless crimes. This prison overcrowding is one of the primary causes for early release programs that let recitivist offenders out before their terms are completed in the first place.

You better believe they should. They should be made to suffer as much or more than the victim and the victim's family.
