Yes I do. For adults, Just like alcohol. And of course they should tax it. You could use the tax money to pay hospitals for the care all those drunks in there with cirrhosis of the liver. We could do so much with the Tax revenue it would be amazing.. We could let the folks who are losing the family farms grow it. Save our farmers. Also you could use the oil from it for so many reasons as well as the fact that HEMP is a versatile rope.. It has so many uses besides getting a buzz..

And as for medicinal purposes, Well duh!!! Why should medicine that helps any sick person be withheld from that person? They can get all manner of narcotics and crank and Valium, & etc. But can`t have a natural herb..

God gave us all the plants and herbs to use according to our purposes. You can peel the bark off of a willow tree and have natural aspirin from tea made with it. You can make a calming cup of chamomile tea. Valium comes from the Valerian Plant.. Almost all medicines come from plants and animals.. Why should this herb/plant be any different.

I would certainly much rather be driving down the street with someone in the next lane going 20 miles an hour looking for the 7/11 and a cookie and a slurpy, than some angry drunk going 80 miles an hour and seeing doubles..

You would NOT have children standing on street corners selling dime bags for some rich people in Organized crime so they don`t go to jail. After all your Kid gets right out...

You would actually have room in the jails for child molesters and rapists and murderers and thieves and muggers, and purse thiefs and robbers and burglars and thugs of all kinds. WOW Imagine that!!! They would actually do their time.. What an idea!!!

Of course, it's a pretty benign "drug" to begin with. Our anti-pot laws are based on a lot of very uninformed hype. The rest of the world, including North America, has at least decriminalized it's use.

You should take a look at the facts regarding the known effects of pot, take a look at the cost of enforcement, and take a look at what informed people say based on factual evidence. People like Norm Stamper who was a Police Officer for 34 years, Police Chief of Seattle, Ph.D., taught at the San Diego police academy, San Diego State University, UC San Diego, University of Washington, someone who knows the issue and has studied the facts.

Then you decide. Based on facts.

Of course! It is completely ridiculous to have a perfectly benign herb w/ medicinal benefits made illegal. I mean, the two most dangerous drugs are legal: alcohol and cigarettes. However, the government is making a fortune of the taxation the aforementioned. And, unfortunately, too many corrupt politicians are making a killing on kick-backs geared toward the illegal importation of marijuana!

My only worry about legalization is the fact that the government would definitely put its hand into production and distribution. Would that lower the grade of the really good sh*t? Not too mention the tax they would put on it. But it would be nice to get high and not worry about getting busted.

Yes, its a NATURAL PLANT that grows on the side of the highway for gods sake. Its not like someone making it in their basement with kids locked upstairs.

No but I do believe it should be decriminalized. I don't think the government should have the power to tamper with it and tax it. I don't think that these small time users and sellers should fill up our prisons. I think murderers and child molesters belong there. Thanks for posting your question.

Marijuana, alcohol, tobacco, and pork should all be illegal; or they should all be legal. They all cause about the same amount of human tragedy.
