He told child support he lost his job ,I don't tink he did

If his wages are being garnished, child support knows, he can't just tell a lie. Sooner or later they'll catch up with him; child support enforcement, that is. Talk to them, regularly. The squeaky wheel gets oiled. And, get a job that pays enough that you don't need his money and get used to not having it.

You can call a lawyer. They can run his social security number to see if he is currently employed. But I think if he told child support that, they already have. So either he is getting paid under the table (very illegal) or he really doesn't have a job.

The only sure way to find out is to ask the IRS. If he's working and is not declaring it, they'll get him.
