What can I do about a judge who ordered a life time restraining order on me when there is no evidence at all.?

My wife told me 3 months after we married. She told me she needed her papers.We had a little boy. 7 weeks later my son almost died from pnuemoia. The DCF blamed me before ever investigating. You know else was involved/law. It has been going on for 3 years. It will be over with next week. Last year my became so called religious. We stared seeing each other again.
Everything I did was wrong. She treated me like a door mat. I was tired of the games. I called are 4 times in 2 days. Told her I wanted a divorce and let the judge decide. The only thing they could use on me was calling about the divorce, No stalking No abuse. All hearsay no witnesses. She used the restraining order to file petition for permanent residance. Under the battered women abuse act.
Note she needed a interpeter at court. They give court spervised visitation only. I haven't seen my son in over a year. It is hard to keep a decent job with that over my head. She has more rights than I do. THEY ORERED SUPPORT HELPPP

I still love my wife. All I want to do is at the least. Is try to get her to understand. That I want her to get her papers. We have a beautiful baby boy. And we owe it to him to be distant friends or even develop into something better. She will need me before long. I will sooner alienate from the whole situation. She is spanish. I lost everything over her stupid papers. the court was very wrong about giving her a life time injunction against me. People do change in heart. But I am missing out of the best part of my sons life. He will be 3 August 23, 2006. I have a third party call her when needed. I give her the support ordered when I can keep the job long enough. I need to talk to her. But she won't talk to me because she thinks I might try to set her up. what to do I need help.
If only I could help her relize what she is doing to the baby. Should I leave the state and just give her the money monthly. And go on. Its hard I love my family to much too leave them.

A restraining order in the state of Florida. Is definded as an act of violence. When an employer does a background check on a new employee. It shows up I am out of a Job. I have had a chance 9 times at a 60,000 plus a year. As an Electrician.
Running out of Employers. I changed how I think and do things= christian =God. I fell down so many times. I gets harder everytime I fall. It is hard to pay child support with a lower paying job living in south Florida. I tried legal aide/everything. A lawyer cost money. Its is hard to save up for an attourney And eat /live child support. If only I could sit down and talk with her and let her know what that stupid restraining order is doing too her our kids and especially me.
I am starting to have hate in my heart again. And that is the last thing I want.
Update/// A month ago they for some reason booted the judge out over to traffic court. They have a new Gungho Female Judge that goes by the book. That should = good=4 me

The whole thing started when I told my wife I had ADHD. The Day the baby almost died. She told the detectives I was BIPOLAR. The baby almost died because of her being stuborn and not listening to me.
The doctor told her to use a vaporizer.
She buys vaporizer in a bottle name brand. It said not to use on a child under 2 years of age. My son was 7 weeks of age at that time. He ad the sniffles/ cold/ect. The vaporizer in a Bottle brand name is what almost killed him by completely inflaming his lulungs. I still she can't forgive herself deep down inside. Thats why hates me . Blames me for everything that has happened. I take the blame, because I am a man. I am a good father and husband. Why do I still love her and want her still afer what has happened. people say go son go on. The only reason I don't drive on. Because we never had a decent calm cance/life to make our marriage work. Get yourself a lawyer. Fight it. If things were as unfair as you claim, you could probably even obtain free legal assistance; search for local free legal clinics.

Dude, you need help on a varity of levels. Start with a good shrink (really), work as much as possible, become and stay as healthy as you can. You need calm to re-enter your soul before you attempt to fix the mess with your ex and your son. When you are back in total control (of yourself) you may be able to retain a decent lawyer and resume an active role as father.
But for God's sake, put your son first -- even if it means pain for you. After all, that's what a good dad would do, eh?

wow It's everyone Else's fault. tell me something did you know it's illegal to marry for a green card if "your " kid was born here he would be an American anyway so if you married for insurance that is also fraud. our legal system is screwed up by people like you then you complain because it's screwed up you are lucky it's only a restraining order.
my advise though if it will help is go through the INS and file for a review of her file or file for an appeal of the judges order you may even file for custody of the boy.check your area for a local fathers rights group they may be able to help.

Can't do it,the most is 3 or 5 yrs now.Look up your states Judicial Conduct Board,they over see judges and attorneys in your state.File formal charges on the ****** judge.I did it in NY state and had the scum-bag removed from the bench for life.Now I want to sue the 450 lb.pig and they have laws called judicial immunity,which means they can violate you and you can't sue them maggots.I belong to a org call jail4judges.org now.We want the protection for them removed.
you need to record how they treat you all of them.

get a lawyer, and keep a good job, not working just because you don't want to pay child support only makes you look bad and it turns you into bum. haven't you heard of deadbeat dads?

hmm go to supreme court , that's really the only thing you can do , but u need a lawyer and its all gonna cost you alota money
