Similar to my previous question... but can you be fired from a job simply for being a racist? Like if you don't even say anything, but your boss just finds out you're a racist. Or if asked if you are a racist you say yes. BUT you don't do anything racist, don't say anything racist, don't hang up any racist posters etc.. NOTHING else that would indicate that you are racist other than the fact that someone knows you are a racist

Even as in the USA.where one is obliged to "Swear." allegence to the "Nation "symbolicy in front of the National flag ;do the majority of the Jewish population consider themselves first and foremost a Jew rather than a citizen of the USA? Or do they feel that their religion is their " Being" therefore where they are born and protected by the "State" is of secondary importance?

I have worked with the same female partner now for 4 years with no problems... We have been great friends. As such over the course of the 4 years we have told each other jokes (some raunchy.....some downright obscene) and we both laughed hysterically. About 6 months ago, a person came on board that she wanted in my position. So now she is screaming sexual harrassment. Everytime I come to work, she makes it a living hell with allegations (60% are just plain lies). Yesterday, she called human resources to question everybody where I work about it---and they all told human resources that nothing was going on. I have stopped talking to her. I have apoligized countless times to her. She continues to wreak havoc in my life. I don't even come in on the days she works (I work elsewhere). None of this has done any good....What can I do to get her off my back?????????

Do you hate conformity? Because I really do! Don't you think that it is brain washing us...and changing us into brainless computers? Don't you think that there is too much confomity?

How long can you wait to file a sexual harrassment suit, if you have been sexually harrassed in the worst way? Is there a time limit of how long you can wait, even if the guy has been fired already for it?

I was cut from my job expectedly without notification. I have two converstaions between me and my boss regarding my deployment. In addition to forwarding those conversations to the vice president of the department, I would also like to let him how that proper training should be conducted. I am not asking for my job back, just so the VP knows what type of person he is. Would that be illegal if I forward those conversation between me and my former boss?

A woman I work with (an equal position) always touches my arm when she talks to me and so one day when she was touching my arm I reached down and put my hand on her leg (mid-thigh) and she started shaking and saying what are you doing, what are you doing? Then she ran out and banged on our bosses door. They were in his office for like 30 minutes.
