Would you not concur then that the gangs stalking, mobbing and bullying gangs that for the past few years I have encountered on an almost weekly and sometimes daily basis here in Volusia County Florida are trying to kill me?

This is community based, organized malicious stalking and harassment. I am not talking about everyday stress. Everyday stress is something entirely different.

I am not blaming anyone for anything. My responses to stress are just that - mine. I am sure a person will try and find a way to adapt to most things. I am merely trying to ascertain what kind of risk category I am in. Who knows, anyway the level to which any one person can fall without dying and I am still relatively young. My ancestors had were pretty tough people. Hopefully, I am too. Thanks for all of your responses. All the best.

Absolutely. You should try and move away from that area if you can't get the "professionals" to protect and serve- ya know what I mean?
Best of luck getting this off your plate. I hope you find peace from this environment!!!

I would suggest that you find a new way to get where you are going and avoid those gangs. Isn't that what we would tell a six year old with the same problem?
Hmmm, what else would we tell a six year old? Tell an authority figure (parents, police). Walk with a buddy. Avoid the area where you know "bullies" are. Perhaps join a gym and workout so that you feel better prepared to "face" them.
Claiming that the "stress" of the "gang" is killing you leads to the "stress" of work, family, kids, loved ones, neighbors, politicians etc killing you. I think that the libs are trying to kill me... I get very stressed every time one of them opens their mouths. But you know what? As an adult, I know how to deal with stress!
More than anything, I agree that a person 40 years of age should be able to figure out a way to deal with this "bullying".

I truly believes that in some points in our life, thing don't go as well as we want it to. When people think , or we think we are under the gun, that when thing get out of control, with life. When people act like they like you, we feel better. But when you not the center of attention, we some time turn to they don't like me attitude. yes we all would love to be LIKE an everyone LOVE US. We all want to be important, but yet what an why this had to be the answer to all our problems i dont know. I would if it was you ,me, get the smallest issues out of the way. like paying off the bills since you still have a job ,payed up. buy your self something nice that only you can enjoy, invest into stocks are something just in case you have another slow day. Go to school, learn something else, what every that would make you happy. Cause you an only you can save the good times, no one hold on to them but you.

No. I would agree they are causing anguish that could, in the long run, contribute to conditions that could kill you.
They have no idea what their bullying would be doing to you, and therefore can't be accussed of attempted murder. There isn't an accidental attempted murder.
