Yes - as a landlord.

It is a pain in the butt to get rid of a deadbeat in California. They have all of the rights and can usually can live virtually rent free for up to six months.

In the end, both deadbeats were thrown out on the street like the scum they were - furniture and all. Sorry - no pity from this kid. If you get evicted, then you have probably not paid rent for some time.
