Depends on your rental, but normally they have to give you notice, then when you don't they have to file for an eviction, which could take several months before you go to court, and if the judge finds for the plaintiff, he will usually give you time to move!

idontkno has it right. It's 30 days, unless the landlord says otherwise. And if they say you have less than 30 days, you can fight it.

you can pay for internet access but you cannot pay rent. you have until the marshal knocks on your door
