stress is a powerful illness - yes its very possible depending how they deal with it - and indeed how their physical shape is- for example heart.

Possibly, but it isn't like you can charge someone for their death or anything. People die from heart attacks after good/bad news all the time. Stress and health problems have a long history. Proving exactly what was the cause will be very difficult though. The over 40 and few support systems doesn't really play into this.

At some point something will happen.

Their death from high blood pressure, suicidal depression etc is a distinct possibility.

However, I think history is showing us it is more likely to go the other way. The harassed party will absorb and absorb until there is no more capacity, the internal pressure will cause a blowup that will be directed toward the harassers as well as supervision and or management that the victim perceives as being complaisant with the harassers.

In other the words, the victim of the harassment is more likely to go Postal than suicidal. At least not suicidal until the Postal part is over.

i go through it everday at school, there are alot of girls that hate me, because of rumors i act back to. that people who should not say anything if they don't know the truth, about my personal business.i'll explain. i used to be friends with these girls and well i had broke up with a few guys they knew and then ended up going out w/ their brother and they hated me for it. later, after a bit they had gone around w/ my ex. calling me a whore, i was so upset about this and mad that i had went home and looked up the definition of whore. and later told then that i wasnot and gave them the definition everytime they had called me it.i had a few guys on my side when they harrased me. there brother for some reason moved back with his mom, and told his dad we had did it on his bed, and we didn't. the sister were always there. and the parents asked the girls and they said it had happened. and it got around school and town fast. i flipped out on them and told them it never happened. they had there friends threaten to be me up.they would stand on the corner and wait fro me everyday so i had to find a different way to and from school.it was atleats seven on one which me being one. there was one of my exs on there side to jump me and thats what they attemped to do.i filed a harrassment complaint against all of them they had flipped out. stayed inside or with someone at all times they drove me so insane that i had told them after awhile that i was sick of there threats that i wanted them to beat me up so they would leave me alone. but i am still alive. so it didnot kill me.

It could.

It would also depend on the health of the individual. It can also cause or contribute to some health problems (high-blood pressure, heart problems).

Yes, stress is a proven killer. Being weak minded has nothing to do with it.
