Or are we being fed scare stories by right wing fanatics? After all there are only about 2,000,000 Muslims in the UK and a few million others from the World's poorest countries. In any case surely the UK government must have fully explained the situation to us before it happened. Perhaps we should all stop being concerned about losing our northern European community and learn Arabic.

I was born on a army installation in South Korea and I am a american citizen.
(I have a consulor report of birth abroad and my father is a american citizen)
However I grew up in korea my entire life.
Im having some problems here with the immigration and its looking as if I will have to head in to the states pretty soon.
Even though I havent been to the states yet, as a citizen I should have no problems....right????

I have been stressing about this for a while now and now one has given me a staight answer...

we were learning about this in history and it intrigued me. what can and can't illegal immigrants do? can they get drivers licenses? go to college? anyway to become legal? i think its really unfair that america is so cruel to illegal immigrants. i mean if there werent any, none of us would be here!

We all know we have illegals here and there is noway we are going to get rid of them if you think we are you are delusional. In the mean time we get the good the bad and the ugly.

If we tell the truth our ansectors took this land from the Indians right so we are all kind of immigrants. I know I am going to be bashed for this opinion but you know that they say we all have one. Anyway if we ignore this problem it is only going to get worse we set the illegals up to steal lie and cheat the system to become criminals and the weaker ones become targets of crime because they do want to get deported.

How bad could it be at home if you are willing to give it all up to lie cheat steal keep your head low and pray you are not discovered and deported? They are getting welfare anyway why not make this citizens and let them pay taxes like the rest of us? OK kill me now lol,.

Anybody got any suggestions besides deport them all that one ain't working.

When I filed I-130 for my husband I was a green card holder. The petition was approved and forwarded to the embassy. 4 months later we are still waiting for a visa. I have recently become a US citizen. Should I now file for a K3 visa or notify embassy I am a citizen to speed up processing?

My EAD application receipt date is October 28th, 2007.
I can get my interim EAD on Jan 28th, 2008.
I know it is not legal to work in this time gap, since I dont have any employment authorization. But can I take paid vacation ?? I wont be working in the company but my company would be paying for the accumulated vacation hours I accrued so far. Is that considered o.k.?
