my uncle is an Australian citizen but my auntie isn't. They just came overseas from the Phils?

My auntie is pregnant, and soon she will have a child. Is it illegal for her to have a baby when she isn't a citizen of Australia yet? Her husband is Australian but she isn't!

There is no place in the world where it is illegal for a married woman to have a baby. As the father is an Australian citizen, then the child will be.
