Need some sound advice?

Due to the influx of illegal aliens in my town my garage has been spray painted w/ gang slogans several times.I set up a camera and got images of 3 brown fellas with questionable status.What should I do?Call ICE?Police?Break their necks?

"brown fellas with questionable status?" - Were the birth certificates they displayed obvious fakes? SSN card laminated? How exactly did you establish that they were of questionable status? Can you normally prove yours?

First call the local police. You have hard evidence by catching them in the act. The police will know which gang they are in and who they are by studying the style of the lettering.
I tried to call ICE one day because we have a huge problem here, too, but I waited on the phone for over an hour and never had my call answered. ICE should have ITS neck broken.
The police won't chase the day laborers off because they say they "aren't trained to distinguish beteen a legit work permit and a false one". What a crock. The cops here don't have adequate personnel to handle the influx.
These people aren't invested in our community-- they want to earn enough money to be able to go back where they came from. Of course, many of them join gangs because selling drugs and killing each other is more lucrative than earning $10-12 an hour.

Call the police and hand over the surveillance tapes after you make a copy for yourself and for your insurance. Let the police do an investigation and let the insurance company do an investigation and see who gets to the bottom of it faster.
