I want to change my answer for you. I looked up your question through Numbers USA. This is what they said: The United States currently grants automatic U.S. citizenship to almost all children born in the United States, regardless of whether the parents are U.S. citizens, legal residents, temporary visitors, or illegal aliens in the United States. Some 380,000 children are born in the United States each year to illegal-alien mothers, according to U.S. Census data. The only exceptions to this automatic granting of citizenship are the children of foreign diplomats stationed in the United States, whose citizenship at birth is governed by international treaty.
Hope that clears it up for you.

CONGRATULATIONS! Your daughter IS a citizen if she was born here. She will need a passport. If you plan on becoming a US citizen, you will probably need no more than that. If, however, you are just holding a green card for the time being and intend on returning to your own country as a citizen when your long term employment is over, you will want to contact your consulate and get a passport for that country for your daughter.
If your daughter was not born here, you will need to apply for a greencard for her.
Again, congratulations.

Your child is a US citizen if born in the US. Make sure you get the birth certificate. Who to contact will depend on the state in which the birth occurred. See http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/howto/w2w/w2welcom.htm

You shouldn't have to. If a person is born in the US, they're automatically a US citizen. I'd check with immigration though.

Your daughter is a citizen - she won't have to go anywhere. You won't have any problems taking her with you if you leave the U.S., but I don't know what the rules are for taking her to your country.

If you are in the US, then your baby is a US Citizen by soil and does not need to be naturalized. You may need to get your baby a passport to go back to your country with her.
Congratulations.

Stoned Princess..... That is pretty harsh to say since you don't know her situation! You need to check yourself as to why this would bother you like this!! Don't judge lest you be judged!!!!!!!!!!!
