OK for a visa application to be successful one of the requirements is that you have actual met face to face, love in the real world is not the same as love on the Internet, and if you apply your application will likely be refused.

She is your wife and you have not met yet? Sounds like an arranged marriage. First of all this is the USA and people have a right to make their own choices. We have soldiers out there fighting to keep that right as we are speaking.
Why don't you join her in her country? That way you can keep her away from American women who will probably educate her in a minute and divorce you after she gets her permanent green card status! Because love can not ever be forced.

I am going through the same situation. I, however, met and married my husband. Are you applying for the I-130 Visa? If so, you will need proof of emails, telephone calls, birthday cards, holiday cards etc. It will take about 6-12 months to process the application before she can come. One question, how is she your wife if you never met? It says in the USCIS laws, that if you were not present for wedding ceremony she will not be allowed to enter the States. However, this can be turned-over if the reason you weren't allowed to see your wife was do to religious reasons... check the USCIS site for more info.

Aren't internet loves fun.. but you need to know that anyone can get a wife from someone who doesn't really love you just would love to be in the USA and will even marry a complete stranger to become a citizen... Have you tried somebody already in the USA to get to marry you?? Thats the logical choice.. Anything else is simply prostitution.

My husband and I used all kinds of things to "document" our love: phone bills (our frequent communication as evidence of our relationship), any shared bills/expenses (we bought each other a couple of pricey gifts for previous birthdays and Christmases), testimonials/statements from people who can attest to your relationship (even better if they are doctors or lawyers giving the statements). I was nervous about the whole "prove it's love" thing but even at our interview it wasn't too nerve-wracking. Be prepared at the interview to answer questions pertaining to minute details of your lives that you wouldn't normally think of, like your wife's date of birth or mother's maiden name... like a boring version of the Newlywed Game. Good luck. :)

honestly you might think you are in love but what if shes not all you expect once you meet her what if she makes herself to be clean and efficient and all good things but she truly is lazy and looking for an easy way to get papers without having to go thru the struggle of actually coming here first and then doing all the hard work....you really have to meet her and see if the connection is great once your physically together trust me i met a guy who i talked to for 1 month and everything seemed like he was perfect but once i met him it was completley the opposite....think about this....good luck god Bless

The fact is...many, many people try to get into the country by marrage and use love as a way..after they are here they then get their family in and many times dump the one they married to get in..don't take it pesonall..even when she gets here they test you again in two years and another five years to make sure your still together..I've been thru all this and we have been married for twenty years now...mine worked..some don't ..

Maybe you should get to know each other personally a bit more, holiday to each other and dont commit until you can say you truly know her! People can seem genuine on the net but can often have a hidden agenda dont allow yourself to fall into a trap! xx

Sorry sniff you have to not only prove your love but have to show where you have visited each other. Plane tickets passports etc. But you are just making this up any way.
