i'm sorry, but when I see cubans, mexicans and iraqi, families, come into the united states, to support their families and have a new and better life, and The US deports them, I would cry,

I find this very cruel, families have no place to go! They can't find jobs, they can't support their children! I want to cry.

Why are they restricting Aliens from working and getting jobs?

This is very sad!

Oppose the North American Union
NAFTA Superhighway, the Amero, Mexican slave labor

Oppose the North American Union! Not most people have heard of the North American Union and government officials have repeatedly denied it's existence, Bush specifically told the public not to believe "conspiracy theories" like this one. It's not a theory it's true! Powerful and rich investers foreign and domestic have organized the North American Union behind our backs in secret meetings with government officials. The Trans American Corridor as Mexican publication call it is already being built in Texas and plans to connect large shipping centers in America together. Why you ask? Because multi national corporations need to reduce their bottom line so the CEOs of these companies can get richer. How will they do that?

The dirty, poor and dangerous side of Mexico is something most Minnesotans never see, but what comes from that part of the country is a growing problem in the upper Midwest.

Meth and other drugs are being made in Mexico and brought to small towns and the big cities of Minnesota, often by illegal immigrants.

"First, it’s clear that the predominant amount of illegal drugs in Minnesota is coming from the southwest border, specifically from Mexico," Gov. Tim Pawlenty said.

Four men from Mexico were arrested in an Austin, Minn. drug bust in August.

Police tell 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS that the same scenario is playing out all across Minnesota on a growing basis.

5 EYEWITNESS NEWS has obtained photos from some of the larger drug busts involving illegal immigrants from Mexico.

Investigators found a half of a pound of meth, a Tech-9 machine gun and 50 rounds of ammo in a car driven by illegal immigrants in Pine County.

A traffic stop in Freeborn County led to the arrest of an illegal immigrant from Mexico, who was traveling with an assault rifle and ammo. Investigators found cocaine and $115,000 hidden in the gas tank.

The list goes on and on… "We are inundated by the Mexican methamphetamine instead of the homegrown meth," said Mower County Sheriff Terese Amazi.

She said over the last few years, all of the homegrown meth labs have been eliminated in her county. In one of the county’s larger meth busts, she said the majority of the suspects were here illegally from Mexico.

In a routine traffic stop, if a trooper discovers that the person is here illegally, they won’t necessarily detain them. 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS showed this ‘Catch and Release’ approach to law enforcement back in May.

Unless police have probable cause, they cannot look for drugs in the car or even send a K-9 unit to walk around the vehicle. Police tell 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS that policies like these are allowing drugs to make it to Minnesota.

"The Minnesota Supreme Court has tied our hands," Amazi said. "Unless we have a reasonable suspicion that drugs are in that car, we cannot run a K-9 by it. It just blows my mind why we can’t do that."

Pawlenty concurs.

"Illegal immigration is part of that and we need to get tougher on that for sure," he said. "But we also just have to get tougher overall on interdicting these drugs being run by car and truck from Mexico."

Costs of Non-enforcement

The uncalculated costs to U.S. citizens of the judicial failure to permit enforcement of employer sanctions will be threefold:

1. The United States is in a war against terrorists, who track every nuance of U.S. immigration laws and security control. Hiding out as illegal workers is a perfect cover for terrorists, especially when they are secure in the knowledge that their false documents will not be challenged.

2. Among taxpayer costs are the benefits received by illegal aliens — including education, public health, public utilities, and social welfare.

3. U.S. citizens continue to feel the sting of identity theft, which causes them time, money, and anguish to prove that their lawful Social Security number was stolen or usurped by an illegal alien or counterfeiter. The Federal Trade Commission estimated that 10 million U.S. citizens were victims of identity theft in 2002, and that was five years ago.

Advocates of the radical “New Sanctuary Movement” contend that identity theft is not a crime — when illegal aliens do it. A case in point, Elvira Arellaño illegally entered the United States (a misdemeanor), where she was apprehended and deported; she then illegally re-crossed the U.S.-Mexican border without inspection (a felony).

After having a child (an anchor baby), she migrated to the Chicago area and worked, having stolen the identity of a U.S. citizen. She again was apprehended and convicted of identity theft. When DHS sought to deport her, she took sanctuary in a storefront church, becoming the New Sanctuary Movement’s poster person. Recently she was apprehended and deported once again to Mexico. Why should the “rights and privileges” of lawbreakers trump those of law-abiding citizens? The costs to identity-theft victims outweigh the benefits to businesses, voter-hungry politicians, and aliens defiant of U.S. immigration law. Coddling illegal aliens by downplaying their criminal conduct weakens the fiber of the nation, undermining the authority of government and putting national security at risk.

At least they are working in Chinese Restaraunts and not taking other people's jobs. Also, they are not homeless and they are not involved in violent crime against English like the African, Jamaican or Indian illegal immigrants(who dont stay illegal for long because they are good at fraud).

What I mean is 4 or 5 generations ago my ancestors were considered mexicans, because they "swan across the border or whatever".Well over the years they bacame legal, then my greatgranparents were born citizens, then my granparents, then my parents and so on.Now times have changed and america is faced with the immigration issues. As mentioned I'am an american born taxpaying citizen,I agree with the majority of americans who believe in the new immigration law.I don't think I as a tax payer should have to support them and it is against the law to enter illegally. My dilema is:how can I judge "these people"?When in fact,I somewhere along the line came from illegal immigrants. There are times when I think to myself is it fair of me to think to hell with the illegals, just because I was luckily born a citizen?I just wonder are there other hispanics out there as confused as I am?Also do any non hispanics feel the same?(of course excluding NativeAmericans)
