Dont make a kid to stay here. That wont work, and you will leave your girlfriend all alone and your child unsafe.
Go the legal route, and then have children. Many healthy children. Have a big family, pay taxes, and eventually retire with a large, happy & successful American family.
Becoming LEGAL is the first step onto that road of success. Otherwise you will live the rest of your life in fear, and you will put your family at risk. THe last thing a real man wants to do is puit his family at risk.

If your girlfriend has a baby the only way that could help you is when the baby turns 21 she has the right to petition you (as the immigration laws are now)
If you marry the mother of your child she can petition you now.
And you can most definitely get deported and the child can stay in the USA. See an immigration attorney so that you can go over all avenues you may have of gaining legal status. Because having a child will not help you for the time being and if you do get deported you will only be hurting the child by letting her grow up without a father.
You have a chance to try and do things legally, so do it!

No it won't help you. Recently parents of children borned in the USA have been deported. And guess what? the kids leave too. It is sad, but now even if your kids are born in the USA that does not entitled them or you to be a legal resident of this country.
2 months ago a guy was deported after being in the USA for 23 years. All his 4 kids were born and raised in the USA. In this case it did not matter the nationality of the kids.
Your kids, even if you are married or not will help you to get residency. Good Luck!!

Nope, won't help you get legal at all. Your child will be a citizen but you will still be illegal and can be deported. Your child can stay here with the mother when that happens. Having a child with a US citizen gives you no extra rights.

The mother is a Citizen. You are not. You're the one with the problem. It's a bastard kid unless you marry the mother, but it's still a Citizen as well. You are just trying to scam your way into Citizenship because you have no morals.
A stupid man is one who has kids for his own gain. A smart man plans a family after he is married and finds a partner he loves.
You get NO Citizenship because you father a thousand American babies. Only the baby is the Citizen.
You get deported and baby waves bye bye to you. The mother is free to marry a Citizen.

You kid will be a citizen if it's born on U.S. soil, but you can still get deported.
Even getting married to a citizen does not make you legal. You can only become legal by going through the LEGAL process to become a naturalized citizen.

You posess little boy logic and would make a terrible father if you decided to have a baby based solely on the notion that doing so would profit you. You have it backwards. A child should rely on the father, not the father relying on the child!
If you have not yet made the decision to sire a child, I caution you to build a bank account and take care of yourself before you add more responsibilities.
I'm giving you a break here, make intelligent decisions.

No, he's not viewed criminal at his element. It feels like your brother-in-regulation is deportable for a pair reasons. One could be that he's unlawfully present, and the different that he has a offender history. take a seem at area 237(a)(2)(C) and area 212(a)(6)(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act and you will see why he's locked up. think of approximately this now. If he became into criminal, could he be in detention? could ICE difficulty to attempt to deport him if he became into no longer deportable? Are you particular that an unlawful alien illegally in possession of a weapon is a minor weapons violation?

Section 245i, April 30,2001. This
section excludes all illegal people from being able to
remain and adjust their status in the US. You will have to
return to your home country and wait out the exclusion time.
Exclusion time varies, typically no criminal offenses
and based upon the length of time he has been here I
would estimate 1-5 years and still this does not
guarantee that you will be approved.
