Hi! I am an undocumented Immigrant from Mexico. Should i pay taxes despite I'm undocumented ?

Question

I heard paying taxes is illegal for workers who are hired under the table or with fake documents.
I don't have fake documents because I'm an honest man, But I'm hired under the table by an International corporation.
Should I pay taxes knowing that is illegal to do it?
Should I go back to Mexico?
Should I move up north to Canada?
Should I keep working under the table or shpuld I become legal???/ but how???/

I'm amazed at your native grasp of English for being undocumented. I teach ESL to people who've been here for many years and they still make some mistakes.

You claim to be an "HONEST MAN" if you were an honest man you would not be in this country ILLEGALLY.

You should go back to MEXICO now before the revolution starts and AMERICAN CITIZENS take to the streets to get rid of ILLEGAL INVADERS such as yourself.

If you were an "honest man" you would not be working under the table.

So, in essence what you are is a criminal with a conscience. While I believe that you may want to pay taxes, and I applaud you for that bye the way, you are nothing more that a single INVADER that is is my country ILLEGALLY.

You deserve to be deported at the very least.

6. You can't become legal in this country. If you care caught breaking the law, it negates any chance of coming to this country legally for 10 years or more. I think Golden has a VERY valid point! Even those who know REALLY good English STILL break it up quite a bit. (Mexicans)
However, to answer the question....Go back to Mexico and come back the LEGAL way. Why would you want to live your life in hiding and always running from the law? That's not a better life for you OR your family.

This answer is for GoldenRae9 who is amazed at your grasp of English. Just because someone is not born in an English speaking country doesn't mean they have no or limited grasp of English. Not all undocumented immigrants are bad at English. There are many who have come to our country and can speak and write good English.

The reason for my comment was that you seemed to be talking about immigrants. There are many native-born people who have no concept of written English. Maybe this person is a troll. It turns out that the IRS has a solution for folks like you. You can get a number which is equivalent to a Social Security number, which can be used to file tax returns. There are advisors who have more details on this than I do; see if you can find one. Should you manage to find a path to citizenship, consider this to be a welcome from me.
