At least they are working in Chinese Restaraunts and not taking other people's jobs. Also, they are not homeless and they are not involved in violent crime against English like the African, Jamaican or Indian illegal immigrants(who dont stay illegal for long because they are good at fraud).

Myths from a racist. As others point out above, they broke the law by being here illegally. Or was it was ok for them to break the law because they were not Jamaican or Indian?

Where they work does not change their immigration status.
The fact that they may have a home doesn't change their immigration status.
The fact that they may not be involved in violent crime doesn't change their immigration status.
Illegal is illegal. Deport them all!!
P.S. I agree with above poster. An illegal alien is NOT an immigrant. They are not in the process of "immigration" at all. They are ILLEGALLY in our country. The only way to become an immigrant is to go home to THEIR country and apply legally.
There is no quick path to citizenship for illegal aliens.

Where do you get your information? Illegal immigrants from all countries are about 1/.3 illegal workers, which makes US employers happy (but not the citizens) about 1/3 dependents (children, sick people, old people, etc.) and about 1/3 criminals of all types.
I guess you haven't heard about the home invasion crimes of illegal immigrant gangs of Chinese extraction, quite common in the Los Angeles area. I don't think your reasoning makes sense, and I'm not in favor of illegal immigration because of many reasons, some cited above.
But I'm sure that's not the kind of answer you wanted. Oh well.

while i sympathise with the people, and agree with you that of all the immigrants the Chinese are 'with out a doubt' the most favorable with regards to culture and morality. if some one is here illegally then they should be removed. that's the law! and its also common sense. how many people do you think the infrastructure of this island can sustain?

Why should illegal immigrants come here and expect not to get arrested?.

Most of the chinese illegals are thrown into a slave trade while payment is being made for their release...most other illegals tend to arrive on their own and have relatives already waiting for them and don't tend to hire smugglers as often...as for their criminal state...those that do commit crimes are unlikley to get caught because there is no record of them being here.

If a person wants to live in America, they should follow the legal procedure to accomplish that. It matters not which country they are from or what color their skin is.
You premise alone strikes me as racist, and I wonder if you can't see that when you read your own words...
Do you think a guy from Kansas would be permitted to enter China with no documentation and live there for years without fear of being deported?

i know legal chinese people, they are very nice folks. if we allow illegal chinese to stay then we are not right, we complain about other illegals. all illegals should and need to be deported if they are not going to fix their immigration status.
