im in middle of divorce to my abusive wife.she been here a little over a year.but she live with her cousin because of police orders. i have all kinds of things to used against her.she causing me problem.she want everything from me.i know now she just use me to get to the usa help.i cant take this anymore.can she get deported back ?

It would be difficult to have her deported, if she has a green card, and hard to report fraud because of your reasons. The authorites really won't care. Best advice I can give is to divorce her, and move on. Next time, be careful who you choose.
