When it come to immigration, how come the ones that are
b i t c h i ng and crying are always the Mexicans. No wonder why the cops started shooting and beating people at Mcarthur Park.

Let's say if someone brings his or her family illegally from an other country and they bring their children. Would you all be in favor of those children doing 2 or 3 years of military service? Children can not control where their parents take them.

Go to NumbersUSA.com and use their fax system to let them know. Any more excuses at this point mean you get what you deserve,a big fat amnesty bill that will choke the life out of the middle class with a flood of cheap labor. So sign up and at least make your voice heard.

Seems a vast majority of people here agree that amnesty is NOT what Americans want. If you feel strongly--like I do--have you emailed your reps and the White House stating your strong opposition? I have. Aren't we still, WE THE PEOPLE --you know, the public whom they are SUPPOSE TO REPRESENT? To my surprise Steve Kagen (D, WI) is in absolute harmony with my position--or so he says. We will see how he votes.

He's stationed at Selfridge ANG Base ( They have Border Patrol Office there) and I ran into the agent at the Big Boy in Mt Clemens Michigan. There were two illegal Mexicans and it was brought to his attention. The agent looked down and said "I can do nothng"...I am powerless because those two mexicans may be here within the law and if I ask them they can fire me for harrassment. Then the Mexicans stood up and walked by the agent and the poor agent started to shake like a leaf in a wind storm. Why did the agent look and act so scared?

I'm already taking advantage of public services, such as healthcare & welfare, costing the United States billions each year. Is this fair to U.S. taxpayers--citizens and legal immigrants who foot the bill for me? Who cares?

Although illegal immigrants are ineligible for welfare, food stamps and other public service programs, I easily obtain them by using false identification papers. It's a big business and not difficult to create an identity for this purpose. Heck, I even get a big tax refund at the end of the year by this method.

Income taxes... what are those? I get paid under the table. The gov't doesn't know how much I make so I am still considered poor.

It would be humane to deny me medical assistance. Walk-in clinics do not ask for identification at all, so I can simply make-up a name and social security number to get treated. Hospitals won't turn me down. They never report me either.

So my question is, what else am I entitled to until I am granted amnesty?

I was just thinking about this the other day when I watched a rerun of "The Day After". It was reverse illegal immigration because all the Americans were running across the border to escape from the "Ice Age" cold weather. I wonder if, God forbid, a nuclear disaster or global warming catastrophe were to happen, would they expect to be treated with the same 'welcome' they give others?

you hear every day that illegals are able to get cars right off the lot ,public asst,homes,and people whome have lived here all they're lives are out of work not becouse the unwillingness to work, but the fact they were outbidded on a job by a company that works only those willing to work for pennies on the dollar and no greencard.but you see shops on the side of the street selling them meals stores willing to cash checks with no ID.and landlords willing to put them up where is the right to equality in our lives. someone help us

I understood H1B visas are pretty hard to get even with my degree. Should I try to find an internship first?

too? If those who chose to ignore our immigration laws get a free pass--shouldn't EVERY citizen get one free crime as well? Should we contact the ACLU and demand that we be given the opportunity to comitt 'just one' crime with no possibility of consequences as well? I think its only fair. What crime would you comitt if you knew you would be immune from prosecution?

This is a matter of fact in California they are pushing to get special priviliges to opt out or change the test to easy if you know what I mean.... The drop out rate among them is extremely high so what will they be contributing? 1 out of 3 is a high number because they are not the minority here every other race is....
