in unity in a way we haven't seen since 9/11. EVERYBODY (ok, everybody that is legal) hates this proposed legislation.
What are your thoughts?

nicely ultimate the border does no longer be a nasty theory. I say they ought to easily supply amnesty to those who were further the following at the same time as they were underage. because those human beings did no longer have a decision, consequently they are not criminals. i imagine they could be very strict about who they offer amnesty to. Racism is by no potential going to flow away. there'll continuously be someone who opposes- that's in simple terms how the international is. in actuality, some human beings do not even recognize who a hispanic is- they imagine its a race. they don't comprehend that in simple terms because someone is brown is does no longer propose that they are from Mexico. If someone is white they're typically from any area of the international. Its unquestionably stunning what human beings might want to be.

I think it should have, but there are hardline posters here who continue to want to make it a Dem/Repub thing calling out cons and blaming Bush. Intelligent people take each issue separately, not by party. I'm blaming Bush as much as anyone, but it doesn't make me a 'lib'.

Goes to show those types don't care about the country, they just want to fight.

It's gratifying to see the country, for all intents and purposes, united on this issue. The government had best listen, or there will be hell to pay for the elected officials, come november 2008.

Honestly we really do not need law makers like these guys.
When our law makers put their jobs before America, it is time to vote the out Starting with the biggest jerk of all Kennedy.

I think you are correct on this one. I've been warning my politicians for a long time that this is one of the only issues we are truly united. So Terry H is right. It's about to get ugly.

I THINK PEOPLE ARE NARROW MINDED AND NEED TO READ UP ON THEIR HISTORY BECAUSE EVERYONE BUT THE AMERICAN INDIANS ARE IMMIGRANTS. SOO IF ANYTHING.. EVERYONE SHOULD BE SENT BACK TO WHERE THEY ORIGINALLY CAME FROM. WE ARE IN 2007 .. NOT THE 1800S. EVERYONE WHO OPPOSES ARE HYPRITICAL AND IGNORANT. ALL THE JOBS THAT THEY ARE COMPLAININ THE IMMAGRANTS ARE TAKIN.. WHY ARE THEY AVAI;ABLE IF NOT BECAUSE NOBODY ELSE WANTS TO DO THEM. ITS SAD HOW OUR SOCIETY STILL THINKS THIS WAY. WE WILL GET NOWHERE AT THIS PACE AND THE UNITED STATES ARE SURE TO BE DAMNED. AND WHO IS TO BLAME? ALL THESE SO CALLED ''LOYAL CITIZENS'' .. READ UR CONSTITUTION..READ UR HISTORY.. & THEN WE'LL SEE WHO THE REAL IMMIGRANTS ARE.
