Why is it our responsability to take care of all the illeagel alians when we cant take care of our own people who love fight and die for this country? WE NEED CHANGE is this country government looking to start a civial war. Why do we give alians more rights then U.S. citizians, why cant we call a ace an ace and a spade a spade (card deck) if its night time we should be able to call it night time and not have to worry about hurting someones feelings and being sued. Last night on CNN the owner of Pizza Patron (Texas) said he is merely offering a service to his customers that did not get their money changed to US Dollars at the border....Who does he think he's kidding? I think this money was in the pockets of mexicans slithering across our borders under the cover of darkness...agree?
Tell him what you think about this anti-American activity!

"AgJOBS" amnesty legislation that would provide amnesty to 3 million illegal aliens was re-introduced in the Senate and House by Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) (Bill # S. 237) and Rep. Howard Berman (D-CA) (Bill # H.R. 371).

Wow. Nice to see the Democrats spent their 1st "100 Hours" taking care of the American people. Now more mexicans can take what were once union jobs.

I obtained my 2 years card through marriage. Before 90 days of it to expire, i filed 1-75I to remove the condition. I mailed documents of proof of good faith marriage. I recieved a letter from the INS requesting me to send them within 30 days more proof in more documents.
My question is what are the proofs that are needed that would satisfy the INS ?
Also, how long will it delay my case since i have to mail more documents of proof ?
Last, will they request an interview ?
If anyone knows the answers, please help.
Thank you

If you are old enough, it could have been in the late 1930's. Now its up to the immigrants (legal or illegal) to keep this nation going.

I'm an American citizen in the Navy and currently in Okinawa, Japan. Before coming overseas I married my wonderful fiancee on December 21st, 2006. Well, life isn't so wonderful now. She's an illegal immigrant living in the United States with only a passport, marriage liscense, an expired visa and birth certificate. Her visa expired while she was a minor and wasn't renewed because her parents were deported back to Colombia. She needs a green card in order to be able to return to the USA if she ever left to come stay with me for a period of time.

I really dont even know where to start so she can start getting a green card. I'm hearing something about some sort of petition . . .

runner in the behind .Now he has a law suite aginest the US .

They were only trying to keep our borders safe from illegals crossing it . Is this anyway to treat our American officers doing their job?
Bush wants to give amnesty to the illegals , why not our own US citizens . is Bush for America or Mexico ?

me and my friends pick up illegals at various locations and drive them out to the desert on the promice that we will pay them 9.00 an hour to dig trenches for walls . we drive them about 30 to 40 miles out in the desert and give them shovels and take them to a spot that we set up that looks like a work site .when we drop them off we tell them that we will be back in an hour with water and food . the funny part is we never come back for them and just leave them out there . is this a funny thing to do or is this something all americans should do to them ..

With the new passport rules taking effect, I'm curious as to what will happen to a person if they try to reenter without a passport.
I don't think they can turn you back to the country you came from, because wouldn't that country also require a passport to take you back in? Do you just end up in limbo like the guy in The Terminal?

If a U.S. citizen would forge legal documents, or steal someones identity, they would surely face a lengthly prison sentence. Why should "illegals" be able to stay, after they have proven they are nothing more than criminals?
Haters don't need to reply, I'm just stating facts. I truly want your opinions, regarding this matter.
