I obtained my 2 years card through marriage. Before 90 days of it to expire, i filed 1-75I to remove the condition. I mailed documents of proof of good faith marriage. I recieved a letter from the INS requesting me to send them within 30 days more proof in more documents.
My question is what are the proofs that are needed that would satisfy the INS ?
Also, how long will it delay my case since i have to mail more documents of proof ?
Last, will they request an interview ?
If anyone knows the answers, please help.
Thank you

As you know, I-751 form is to remove the conditions on your residence so you can become a Permanent Resident.

The evidence you need to send the USCIS can be:

1. Joint bank account statements.
2. ANY other document in which you and your spouse appear together.
3. Copy of birth certificates of any child you both have had since you two got married (if you have any).
4. Sworn statements from friends and associates.
5. etc.

Yes, the USCIS may send you an appointment to meet with both of you. They will indeed set up an appointment if they have any doubts.

In the letter you received from the USCIS, you should have been given some examples of the supporting evidence needed, if not, CALL THEM.

Proof they usually require is: Documents that have both your names on them, eg: Morgage, Joint bank accounts, utilitiy bills etc.
Photos of you both together. (original)
Anything that can prove that you married and living together.
Usually there is a delay, but it changes the length of time every month depending on backlog and importance.
Not sure whether they will request an interview. If you haven't had one before then I would say yes.

first where you from?? second did you send pictures of both you?? try sending a mail addressed to you & addressed in your residence! also maybe you need to open a joint bank account with your spouse stating that you actually are married & sharing everything! sometime you need to send them proofs like bills with both of your names.
they do that bec. they found out that some people get paid for marrying someone they know from another country just to get green card & not living with each other!

also asked your spouse's relatives or if you already made friends ask them to give you a affidavit of good moral support notarized! stating that they know you and your spouse and you really are married in good faith!and send it to INS this should help! they even asked me that while I was petitioning my self for green card!
good luck with that
