"AgJOBS" amnesty legislation that would provide amnesty to 3 million illegal aliens was re-introduced in the Senate and House by Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) (Bill # S. 237) and Rep. Howard Berman (D-CA) (Bill # H.R. 371).

Wow. Nice to see the Democrats spent their 1st "100 Hours" taking care of the American people. Now more mexicans can take what were once union jobs.

What did you expect? Democrats, if you believe their hype, are for the working people while Republicans are for the rich. That is total crap. Do you think Dianne Feinstein is poor? How about Ted Kennedy? his family made their money off of illegal enterprise. He is just continuing the family business.

Dianne Feinstein, Barbara Boxer, and Nancy Pelosi are all from the San Francisco area...SANCTUARY CITY!!!!!

Read Feinstein's speech before Congress in support of "Comprehensive" Immigration reform. Link below

Here is an excerpt

"Let me share with you a family. Their last name is Arreola. They live in Porterville, CA. I have filed a private immigration relief bill for them over 2 sessions. I didn't get the bill passed, but their deportation has been stayed. Mr. and Mrs. Arreola came to the United States from Mexico illegally in the 1980s to work in agriculture. They have five children, two brought to the United States as toddlers, and three born in the United States. They range from 8 years old today to 19, and they know no other home but this country.

Their eldest daughter, Nayely, is a bright, engaging student. I have met her and talked with her. She is the embodiment of the American dream and what can happen when we give children a chance to excel in a loving, nurturing environment. She was the first in her family to graduate from high school and the first to go to college. And on a full scholarship. She goes to Fresno Pacific University. Mrs. Arreola works as a produce packer and Mr. Arreola now has an appliance repair business. They have no criminal background. They own their home. They pay their taxes. For Nayely, this bill offers a glimmer of hope that her family, once and for all, can come out of the shadows. They don't have to have that daily fear of deportation. They have been here for 20 years. They are and will be legal, productive citizens. "

Read carefully, notice the discrepancies in just a few short sentences. Two children were brought as toddlers, The oldest is 19, and they have been here for 20 years. Now how could you bring toddlers that have been here for 20 years that have only reached the age of 19? Did they go backwards? This woman is about as sharp as a bowling ball. Notice she does not mention how much the 3 children that were born here cost the american taxpayers. Notice that oldest daughter is attending school on a FULL scholarship. Shouldn't that scholarship have gone to a citizen and not an illegal?

The woman is a joke. She is a disgrace to the people she represents. No wonder California has such a HUGE problem.

I encourage you to read the speech, See how twisted her logic is for yourself.

Their motive is the Latin & latin /American vote and the support of the AG people. They don't care that schools here are over crowded with illegals and are unable to give American kids the proper education. Ca went from some of the best schools to some of the worst since the Amnesty bill signed by Reagan (and if you check the illegal pop increase is right in time with the school decline). Their kids and friends kids most likely have never seen the inside of a public school. The bad news is that Bush will probably give his support for this too.

I posted this question yesterday and got only 4 answers.I'm glad to see that more people are answering your question.

To that "person" that called you a racists punk,I wonder if that is the stock answer they give to every question that doesn't glorify illegal aliens. How in the hell is it a racists question? If you don't have the intelligence to answer an honest question, you whip out the tired old race card and throw it down.Well let me tell you this,I could care less if you or anyone calls me a racists.Your BS doesn't work on me.I know better. You only use race to justify the criminal acts of the illegal aliens.

I deal in facts and truth not emotion and rhetoric.Illegal aliens need to be deported back to whatever country they came from.Secure our borders and put an end to this attempt to make the USA in to the cess pool country you ran away from.Fix your own damn country, its not our fault that you live in a corrupt quagmire of a country.

NO AMNESTY TO ANY ILLEGAL ALIEN FROM ANY COUNTRY.

The Democrats are simply Hispandering for alleged votes in the future that's all.

Yeah. I think there are much better ways to address the situation than by letting chain migration of family occur along with permenant residence/path to citizenship for a mere 3 seasons of agricultural labor. If a fraction of the money that will cost us were spent on the actual wages you'd see brain surgeons giving up their jobs to pick fruit.

A central registry of screened seasonal workers so they can be quickly and easily hired under existing H2B rules is my solution.

On the other hand, if the Ag job issue is solved all of the 'will you pick fruit' nonesense has to stop.

I'm against it but not as much against it as I was with the Senate Bill, so long as we are talking about ONLY people who are already here and would pass a normal immigration screening.

It took them this long? I thought it was going to top on their list since they are all pro-illegal alien criminal. Only 3 million. When' are the remaining 17+ million going to get amnesty so that we can legally pay for everything.

Does that mean they are anti-American since they don't give a sh** about what Americans want?

Because they want cheap, tax-free labor in their estates, while they pretend to support immigrations rights and border security.

bueko: Neither the question nor the comments afterward even mention Mexicans. Only you do. Do you think all illegal immigrants are Mexicans, or are all Mexicans illegal immigrants? Who is the racist prick now?

Why didn't republicans introduce legislation to arrest and deport all illegal aliens. They had 6 years where they were in complete contol of both houses and the president, and did nothing

I would hope he would not, more have been deported actually. That was an extremely stupid move on Reagan's part...most of them are simply walking over and hoping for the next one...How the hell is that incentive to stop breaking the law?

Start calling every member of congress TODAY - we can stop this!

The dems are doing this because they support the welfare people & the illegals but if they had not the reps. would have - they support the rich & the illegals....noone supports middle-class Americans. As of now, there are more of us than them...keep "those cards & letters coming"
