I didn't even know they had locations in Arizona. Thank you for the site I will call and email them and tell them what I think.
You can certainly see who the store is focused on by their people in the add.Thank you so much for the heads up.
Long Live America !
Do I think this is really serious ? No I don't,but it is indicative of many things wrong with this nation as a whole. It doesn't affect me or my business. It is simply another inroad for the illegal aliens.

I agree with Jerry! I think if I lived in Texas I would seriously tell everyone I knew not to go to Pizza Patron, when you go there you are supporting something that is so wrong-the owner is just out for a buck! Why are those people so lazy that they can't even take the time to exchange money, other people from other countries come here and they exchange their money.

I heard this twit on the radio. He was surprised at all the controversy! His line about letting his customers use their pesos, when they traveled to Mexico, that they didn't get changed when they came back is stupid. He CLAIMS that he doesn't hire illegal aliens. One listener called the store in Mayfield, CA (illegal alien haven) and the employee only spoke Spanish. I wonder where he BOUGHT his papers.
This company is anti-American and people should not buy their pizza. This man is anti-American and only cares about the illegal alien criminals he serves.
BTW, not all the stores are in border towns. Cities NEAR LA are not a border towns.

Think about it this way, if you owned a business, no matter the kind of business, don't you want it to prosper and make profits?? Money is money, and everyone who uses money from another country are not automatically illegals. On a Mexican border town, many businesses will accept pesos, it can be exchanged, and along the Canandian border the same. I don't see anyone slamming Wal-Mart, here in Texas at my border town, I know for a fact they take peso's, and many people from Mexico with Local Border Crossing Cards, always flood Wal-Mart and buy stuff and take it back to Mexico. It does not mean that they are supporting illegals, they are supporting their business, and trying to stay in business. Money is money and everyone has a right to accept what they want to prosper. I am not in favor of illegals, in any shape, way or form, but people have a "right" to accept any kind of money for their business to stay a float.

I am totally anti-illegal but I think people are taking this too seriously. What money is taken at the pizza parlor doesn't have anything to do with encouraging illegal immigration. Many countries except foreign currency at border areas and tourist towns with no ill effects. The border towns of Mexico take the good old greenback and I am glad. Who is hurt by the place allowing pesos. If our government would just enforce the laws as they pertain to illegals and the people who hire them we would not have a problem. Tourist who are here legally are not a problem and the pizza place taking their currency helps them.

This is not the only company that does this. Many companies along the Mexican and Canadian border accept money from both these countries. I think it is a great idea. As I may never go to Canada again well then I can use that money at a restaurant along the border. Same with Mexican Pesos. I may go to Mexico and not be going in another five years. Well hey I can use that money to buy a pizza. Why are people making a big deal out of this if it is already done along the border towns. I think it is a great idea and support it greatly!
by the way thanks for giving me their website. Now I can tell them how much I appreciate them accepting Pesos and what a great idea it is.

its not a big issue to me. Any one that has foreign currency could be accepted (i.e. Mexican pesos @ the Pizza Patron.) As long as the customer has the money to pay for what they buy.

Hey why don't we just do what daddy Bush would like and get a single currency for his North American Union. Then you wouldn't complain about people using pesos.
While I agree that this is wrong...I think that there are bigger issues than worrying baout someone using pesos to buy a pizza.

This question has been asked before and has been blown completely out of proportion. Do you have a problem with US businesses along the Canadian border taking Canadian dollars?
